chapter 1

IN KHURANA MANSION

Mrs. Savitri Khurana (Dadima of Maan Singh Khurana ) is watching news ...her favorite channel... business news...

their is discussion going on ABC news channel about the highlight of day EASSER one of the biggest company of India going through hostile take over... reporter of ABC news channel said to their special guests who has been invited specially for this discussion

"EASSER one of the biggest company, is going through hostile take over ...,.what are your views on it ...

guest person " you see EASSER is good company which have gained lot of profits and name in small span of time...and this attract other companies ... everyone Kapoor Industries is already famous for their massive takeover ...and everyone knows that CEO of EASSER have given almost all responsibilities to MD of company ... i don't even remember the name "

Reporter laugh and said "people call her GH she is girl " ..."yaa GH ...you know handling such big company is not a easy task...n i think the downfall is because of Mr.Oberoi's too much confident on some girl...who don't even have any experience also... he should have make his son the MD of company" said the guest ...

"but his son is in interested in business"said reporter ..."he have business in blood and he would have easily handle his company...EASSER would have been facing these kind of situation" said the guest ...some girl can't handle it...business is for men not women...they look good in other fields like doctor etc"...

"maa what are you watching "ask Ranvir Singh Khurana ( father of Maan)..."just watching business news ...essar is going through take over"said dadima..."yaa everyone taking about this only...some girl name GH is handling it"said ranvir ..."hmm" said dadima..."i think Mr.Oberoi has done a big mistake by giving all responsibilities to some girl"said Ranvir..."hmm...Mr.Oberoi will have biggest loss because of his this mistake"said dadima..."maa its tea time...lets have some tea while sitting in garden"said Priya (mother of Maan)..."hmm"said dadima and she switch off the TV...and all 3 move toward garden...

OUT SIDE OF EASSER COMPANY...

Reporters are waiting for CEO to come outside ...CEO Mr.Oberoi come outside to finally face the reporters ... him...bodyguards of Mr.Oberoi come him up ...try to maintain some space between reporters and Mr. Oberoi...reporters start asking questions

1 reporter - Mr.Oberoi company is going through take over ...how you feel?

Mr .Oberoi - how should i feel?...my company is still mine ...their is lot of things remain to complete take over

2 reporter - you still have hope ?

Mr.Oberoi - until every formality is not done ...i have hope

3 reporter - you look confident Mr.Oberoi...

Mr. Oberoi - i have GH with me...i know she will not let this happen

4 reporter - everyone think her as a reason for take over

5 reporter - she is a woman...she can't handle business

Mr.Oberoi - i don't know about other professions...but for business only one thing is sure...business only need a person with sharp brain...it has nothing to do with the sex of person.

after giving last answer Mr.Oberoi move and enter his company...ignoring every other question ask by media...

Now reporters are waiting for GH whom they have never seen...2 cars enters the premises of EASSER ...

Everyone turn ... guards hurriedly come toward car ... GH was written on the car and everyone understood that the person sitting inside the car is GH...

Bodyguards come out of car and hurriedly covers the side of car before any reporter each near the car ... GH come out of car with her personal assistant ... bodyguards make protective circle around them ... don't let anyone touch them...

Reporters remain in their position for a second ... they were shocked to find beautiful young girl wearing shorts come out of car and casually walking towards the main entrance ...

dress for GH

They always though GH to be some middle age woman with broad specs with boring looks ... but here it seems like some supermodel is doing cat walk...

When they saw her moving passed them ... they hurriedly move toward her and start asking question...

1 Reporter - Mam ... What you think about take over ?

2 Reporter - Mam ... Everyone blaming you...what you want to say on this?

3 Reporter - Mam ... you never show yourself in public...why?

4 Reporter - Mam ... everyone think that your neglection is the cause of EASSER's take over

GH - I will just say ... Every company face these type of situations ... every company face profit and loss ... its nothing new...

2 Reporter - What about the take over?

GH - We still have time ... In business the main things happened only in the last mins ... just wait and watch...

chapter 2

GH- we still have time...in business things happened in the last mins...just wait and watch...

with that GH entered the office...and directly went to her cabin...her PA enters the cabin and give her the fine she want and sit their waiting for instructions ...

Both were in deep discussion and GH was looking into the file when GH's secretory enters ... "pinky plz bring me coffee " said GH knowing very well that it would be her secretary only...

"here you go mam"said pinky..."plz call me geet pinky "said GH in tied voice... (yes ladies and gentlemen you are right GH is Geet Handa)..."ok geet... you want something else" ask pinky...

"yup... call meeting of H.O.D's... tell them to come with the results that i ask" said geet finally looking up..."ok" said pinky and go from their... geet and PA continue their little discussion...

after some time PA took leave and go to conference room to check arrangements of meeting which is going to held their... geet relax for some time... office phone ring geet pick it up ... it was from pinky her secretory...who inform her that meeting is arranged and it is going to held after 5 min... "ok" said geet and cut the call...

IN CONFERENCE ROOM OF EASSER

Everyone is waiting for Mr.Oberoi and GH ... this meeting is confidential... In this meeting only H.O.D's are invited and strict instructions are given to other employees not to be near the conference room...

Mr.Oberoi and GH come in the conference room everyone stand up... Mr.Oberoi and GH move and sit on 2 respective head chairs... other also take their respective seats...

"Everything is ready" ask GH looking at H.O.D's... "yes mam" they all said in union... geet turn toward Mr.Oberoi and said "Sir, I still want you to think again"... "i have no doubt on your strategy and capability of every employee of this company...and i know how much it matters to you "said Mr.Oberoi giving his final decision...

Geet face others and said "Ok everyone... as we have decided we are going to take over kapoor industries next day"... "GH why we need to wait for next day?... we can do it now and stop everyone from defaming the management of EASSER" ask the H.O.D of finance department Mr. Rajat...

Geet smile and said "if we disclose this now then kapoor's will try to stop it and i don't want this to happen... tomorrow we will have all the legal rights to take over and they will not be able to do anything"said GH...

"GH what will you do with the kapoor industries... all know EASSER don't believe in takeovers " ask Mr. Sharma H.O.D of Project Management... "We will not make it part of EASSER and the only option we have is Auction " said Geet finally answering the question which many wanted to ask...

"It will be interesting to see the kappor industries finally facing take over " said Mr.Oberoi " yup finally" said Geet with smirk... one by one H.O.D's present their presentation and they continue their discussion and Mr.Oberoi and GH did the minor changes in the plan...

"Make sure nobody have any clue about this takeover not even other employees... any problem discuss now... no discussion on phone or through messages not even through mails" said Geet in strict voice..."yes mam" said all and with that they end the meeting...

NEXT DAY...

Media Reporters outside the bridge hotel where the most of the final takeovers and auctions take place...reporters are busy collecting the top headlines for their news-channels...

they are not interested in takeover... they just want t get the high TRP for their channels...

1 Reporter - today is the big day for kapoor industries... who is going to add one more name in their take over list...and this is bad day for EASSER company who never believe in the concept of takeover is facing this situation...

2 reporter - kapoor industries (KI) is famous for forced takeovers and this is also hostile takeover...

3 reporter - KI had persuade enough shareholders to replace the management with a new one which will approve take over...

( NOTE - This is one of the process of hostile take over... i hope its clear)

4 reporter - As we have seen yesterday... Mr.Oberoi and GH look quite confident to stop the takeover... let see if they are able to stop this hostile takeover...

2 reporter - today all the legal formalities will be done... final decisions will be taken...

1 reporter - only 15 mins are left... Many big business personalities will be attending this...

4 reporter - if the take over take place... chances of auction are their...

3 reporter Mr. Maan Singh Khurana , Mr.Arjun Singhania are also going to attend it...

IN CONFERENCE ROOM OF HOTEL BRIDGE

only 10 mins are left for start of the function... business persons are busy meeting one another... one side Mr.Kapoor is busy in discussion with his son and lawyer ... other Mr.Oberoi is busy his employees lawyer... all are looking for GH who has still not come... as its already the time ... host of the auction make announcement and tell everyone to take their places ...some media reporters are also allowed to attend it...

Mr.Kapoor and Mr.Oberoi go on the stage with their lawyers and legal process start...

Mr.Kapoor get shock when his lawyer show him the contents of file presented by EASSER company which shows that EASSER have quietly purchasing enough stock on the open market of some other company that have increase market capitalization of EASSER and not only that they have also able to buy back its 1% recently acquired stocks ... which clearly indicate there will not takeover for EASSER...

The final shock come when GH come on the stage and present one more file to Mr.Kapoor and lawyer which represent the legal document of EASSER's "creeping tender offer" takeover on Kapoor Industries ... when host make the announcement of auction of KI all were shocked ...

Mr.Oberoi make announce that EASSER is not interested in adding any company in them so they are going to auction their recently added company KI...

One more person is shocked Mr.Maan Singh Khurana ... for him reason are not professional but the personal one... his eyes are only on one girl... who refuse to glance at him... he have last seen her 5 years ago...

Once he used to call her " jaan", "love","shona", "mishty" but he no more have the same right... blame it on his family, the society in which he lives or his fate (taqdeer) ... he blame it on himself... he is not strong enough to fight for his love ... he is very rich but money failed to buy him his love ... he know she know very well about his presence and can easily feel his eyes on her ...

chapter 3

AT AWARD FUNCTION

Today almost all the business personalities are present at one place... reason being the Business Award function ...

Performance for the entertainment are going on ...but people hardy care to see what going on the stage...they are busy in their discussions...the most popular topic of discuss is resent takeover ...

Mr. Oberoi give all the credit of EASSER's success to GH ...

Everyone turn their attention toward the stage when final announcement of day "Award for best business personality of the year" are made...

Guest person is invited to give award ...he come took the mike and open the card to see the name...people are eagerly waiting for the name... Award for the best person goes to... after looking at the name guest person look toward waiting audience and said "this year will be marked in the history because some like this never happened before...and the award goes to Mr.Maan Singh Khurana and Ms.Geet Handa"...

Everyone come out of shock them host and guest person clap and announce the names once again "Mr. Maan Singh Khurana and Ms. Geet Handa"... both Maan and Geet get up from their seats n to the stage... award are presented to them one by one ...after receive award they make small speech ...

They know people are watching them...they congratulate each other and share formal hug ( according to audience )...

Maan look at Geet and hug her ...After so many years he feels complete...he feel relief finding her in his arms... his heart is at peace after long time...

Maine dhoondha bahut par, phir na mila

Maan isn't leaving Geet ...he held her tightly ...Geet very slowly push him and come out of hug ...

they come down and people starts to congratulate and hug them... Geet notice they are the same people who have been laughing on her...now they are clicking picture and hug her like they know her for long time...

Duniya, choona, chahein mujhko yoon

Jaise unki saari ki saari, main

they are praising her beauty ... they notice her beauty smile but failure to notice the pain in her eyes when she look at Maan her eyes are questioning Maan why he did this...

Duniya dekhe roop mera,

koyi na jaane bechari main

Geet look at Maan and remember how he had broken her heart ... she still can feel how her heart beat for him ...

Haaye tooti saari ki saari main

Tere ishq mein huyi awari main

Geet look away as she don't want Maan to notice the love in her eye... she is madly in love with him, knowing well he is the very person behind the shattering of her dreams and life...

Geet look around and see how Mr.Oberoi and employees of EASSER look at her with proud faces ...some other still feels she doesn't deserves this...she just give them small smile trying hard not break up in tears...

Maan know how she feels ...he can see her pain in her eyes which always tell him her true feelings...

...he hate to see her in pain ...her eyes are questing him ...he wanted to remove this pain but he is helpless...

Maan go and sit near bar and start drinking ...To world he look like a strong man, only he know how broken he is from inside...without geet he lifeless body...he don't care for anyone now not even himself...

Tere ishq mein khud hi se rootha main

Maan has his eyes only on Geet...he notice Arjun coming near Geet and start taking to her...from Arjun's gesture he can very well understand that he is asking Geet for dance...but before Geet can place her hand in Arjun's hand Maan come their...he pull Geet's hand and took her on dance floor...

Haaye andar andar se toota main

Tere ishq mein khud hi se rootha main

Maan passionately pull Geet toward him and forcefully make her dance with him...through dance he wanted to show her who she completes him...he is nothing without her...

Main jee bhar ke rolun,

teri baahon mein solun

Aa phir se mujhe mil,

main tujh-se yeh bolun

Maan hug Geet from back ...their bodies are glued to each other like they are one...Maan very much wanted to cry and show his pain to her...he wanted them to be together like old time...

Aisi chup tu laga ke gayi,

saari khushiyan khaa ke gayi

Both Maan and Geet are dancing passionately without caring the world...He remember how much she used to talk...

he would just look at lovingly and listen her ...Now she doesn't look the same Geet anymore ...she don't talk aimlessly anymore ...His Geet used to fill his life with happiness ...now he is living lifeless less she have taken all his happiness with her...

Geet look at Maan...she can see love in his eyes ...Geet push him and come down leaving Maan ... she can't let him play with her heart once again...Maan keep on looking at her retied figure...

After coming out of shock Maan run after Geet to stop her... Geet go and sit in her car...

Haaye teri hoon saari ki saari main .. ho .. oo ..

Par tere liye baazari main

Before driving away she once look at Maan like telling Maan she will remain his but can't be with him ...she cannot forget her past which have taken her Dad's life...
