Fortress JJ, Rashmi, you asked me to write something, so I watched and I saw such a beautiful JJ. The most vulnerable and the most strong. The closest I have ever seen them.

How did Jalal so instinctively allow Jodha in a place of grief but not allow her to lose consciousness. I don't know how, but he got through to her enough for her to completely unravel and break down. Few people have that kind of strength to call upon. 'You are the Shahenshah, you can do anything...' He can't... but he can watch his Jodha for the first time looking to him for an answer and firmly say No. No. This is a dark night that we have to go through. We have to. Come, let's go through it together. Two on a dark journey is infinitely more tolerable than just one.

Jodha the mother, Jodha the wife - they were both dismantled for a minute and there was Jodha the child. Such an innocence about her...pleading to have the events erased, rewound...anything...Shahenshah! ... and Jalal looks at this and says to her ...'I can't live without you Jodha Begum'

if this isn't Love triumphing, then I don't know what is.

Jodha was angry and that's also a valid emotion. Her questions and complaints to God were valid. God can handle her emotion and He has given her a gift in the form of Jalal. That's why she had the energy to get angry, she has a reason to live and to fight another day.

and that Magal, will be shown some days from now, when Jalal will need to unravel a bit. She will do what he did for her today.

I am so happy that you changed from Padbear to Anusha.The name " Anusha" is so delicate and charming which suits you so well.And thanks a lot for writing dear.Because I love seeing things through your eyes.When I see through your eyes,Anu ,so many times my "ifs" and " buts" just vanish in case of JJ and I see something very beautiful .

Very beautifully written Anu.The way you showed ,how Jalal was a strong support for Jo.That one scene was so beautiful that whole night he was siting in the same position holding her .At that time he was not her Shehenshah ,nor her husband but he had taken over as a father and supporting in his strong arms his precious bundle " jodha".

yes he was a father there too Rashmi...he was everything... he himself is the father who has lost a precious son, but he had to bow to her motherhood first and let her do what a bereaved mother must do. Jalal understands emotions.

Chitti, Jalal saying he would not be alive if Jodha was not with him ... was enough to know Jodha was there for Jalal ... that was his strength

That was why I saw both sides of the strength today itself

Hmmm very true. Today, it was Jalal's turn to hold Jodha in her grief as a mom. How natural, instinctive and tearful to hold on to each other in pain. Contrast today's scene with the scene where Jalal burns his throne and breaks down in Jodha's arms crying loudly that he doesnt want this throne, just happiness and peace away from all these.

Fabulous performance that melted me a bit too.
