He threatened LA , does he remember the deal? Why he is back in the city?

LA repeats the deal between Rajnath and him, and informs still the proof is left with him. He demands for 15crore more to hand over the proof.

Dev agrees to pay 15crore, in return demands original chip. And asks him to wait for his call.

Dev dint had any option other than using Rajnath Goenka name... After listening to that name , lawyer blurted out complete verbal update of the vedio clip. And blackmailed for 15crore.

Here dev had asked lawyer to wait for his call. I think that lawyer greedy calls back Rajnath to demand more money... Which may lead to Dev... Again
