Sid can't able to understand what she is talking. Except him everyone understood what Roli means as they know the truth. Everyone gave angry looks to naina.
Sid: What are you saying Roli?
Roli: Why can't you ask your best friend about that? Naina. Can't you tell about the truth to your best friend? Oh Sorry. Tell the truth to your beloved lover?
Naina was very much shocked. Siddhant was totally confused.
Naina: Roli. What are you saying? He is my friend.
Roli: Oho. Naina. Don't hide it dear.I think you are shy to reveal that you love him. No Problem I will tell him.
Siddhant shocked to hear that Naina loves him.
Roli: Siddhantji. She loves you very much. How much you know? Very very much which made her to create a cancer drama.
Siddhant: Roli. What are you trying to say?
Roli: I will tell you clearly. Dr. Sheela confirmed that the reports are of a cancer patient. But at the same time she declined that you have cancer. Do you remember three months back you gave blood to your friend who is in danger in that same hospital? At that time Dr. Sheela tested your blood completely to avoid future problems. She said that at that time you didn't had any problem and it is not possible to have a advanced stage of cancer in three months. She is damn sure that you don't have cancer.
Sujata: We wondered what went wrong so that the reports are like this? We inquired the doctor who tested you. He mentioned the nurse name who carried out lab tests. We caught that nurse and asked her about this. She refused that she don't know anything. When we threatened her that we will complain to police, she accepted her mistake and revealed that naina paid her to do this mistake.
Roli: Are we right Naina?
Naina cried and went near Sid.
Naina: Siddhant. No Don't believe them. They are lying. I didn't do anything. Roli is blaming me unnecessarily. I don't know why?
Siddhant was totally confused. He don't know what to believe.

Nurse who tested sid came out from shades with Dr.Sheela
Roli: Can you please tell us what happened on that day?
Nurse: On that you got blood vomit because you didn't had anything from morning and very tired. All your lab reports were positive. When I am preparing the test reports this woman (pointing to Naina) came to lab and asked about your test. When I said everything is normal she bribed me and made me to create fake reports. I created fake reports stating that you have cancer for the money. I am so sorry. I am from very poor family and did these for money. Please I will never do anything such in future. Please forgive me.
Nurse begged them all.
Sheela: Yes Siddhant you don't have cancer. These are your actual reports of your tests and it is positive.
Siddhant felt very happy like he is flying in the sky when he knew he don't have cancer. He got a bright smile in his face. He got tears in happiness.
Naina holded his hands and cried.
Naina: Please sid don't believe them. They are lying.
Siddhant bursted out in anger that she betrayed him.
Sid: Enough Naina. Enough of your lies. What I did to you? I have always helped you and supported you as a friend but you tried to spoil my life. Instead of spoiling my life who might have killed me.
Naina: Stop it Sid. Don't talk like that. I can't bear if something happens to you.
Sid: What will bother you if something happens to me?
Naina: What will bother me? My love for you Siddhant. It makes me to bother about you.You know Sid we were happy. Very much happy before Roli entered our lives. After Roli came you totally forgot me. You never realized my love for you. You are always after Roli. You know how I felt whenever I saw you both together. It was like someone burning me alive.This Roli took you completely away from me. Atlast god gave me a chance to get you back in my life. I bribed this nurse and faked as you got cancer.

Siddhant was completely devastated to know that he has cancer. Naina gave water to calm him.
Naina: Siddhant I am feeling very bad for you. This should not have happened to you.
Siddhant felt something blocked in his throat. He can't able to talk anything. Naina continued.
Naina: If your family knows about this what will happen to them. How much pain they will feel? Leave them. What will happen to Roli?
Tears started rolling down from Siddhant eyes when Naina started talking about Roli.
Naina: Poor girl. What will happen to her future? After you who is going to take care of her? I feel sorry for you both. God should not have did this to you.
Siddhant: No Naina. Roli should not suffer after my death. I have to do something for her future.
Siddhant thought deeply.
Sid: Naina. Can you please help me?
Naina: Anything for you sid.
Sid: Please act like my lover in front of Roli.
Naina: Sid!!!!
Sid: Yes Naina. I want Roli to hate me. For that you have to act as my lover. We should act like we betrayed her and also hurt her so that she should hate me and proceed with her life. Can you please do this for me? Please...

Siddhant was very much shocked.
Naina: You believed completely that you have cancer. When a guy teasing Roli you got angry. But I am the one who stopped you. I thought Roli will think you bad and leave you forever. Like that I have used each and every option that is available to separate you and Roli.
Siddhant can't able to control his anymore. He gave a tight slap to Naina. Everyone shocked.
Sid: How much I believed you? You betrayed me. I thought you as my best friend but you ruined my life. How can you do this to me and Roli? You know how much pain we felt? I will not forgive you ever naina.
Naina (cried): Sid I love you truly. My love made me to do this. Please forgive and accept me.
Sid: Don't dare to talk. Leave from here before I kill you.
Naina: Sid...
Sid: Get lost!!!!!!!!
Sid shouted. Naina runs from there with tears.
Dr.Sheela: Ok Mr.Siddhant. I am getting late. We will leave. I will take proper management action on this nurse.
Sid: Thank you so much for your help Dr.Sheela
Dr. Sheela left from there with nurse.
Mataji: Siddhant. Calm down Beta. Now everything is fine na. Please in future share the problems with us. What would have happened if Roli didn't got doubt. Siddhant went near Roli. He tried to hold Roli's hands. But Roli stepped back.
Roli: Don't dare to touch me.
Sid: Roli!!!
Roli: Have you forgot what I told you over phone. Ok I will repeat. I am going away from your life. From that moment I don't have anything in your life.
Everyone shocked.
Roli: You might wonder why I did this much when I am going away. I did this because before leaving I wanted to clear everything. Now everything is done. Siddhant don't have anything in Roli's life. He is no one to her anymore. I am not a part of your life. You also don't have anything in my life. Good Bye.
Roli walked away from Siddhant. She was leaving the place.
