Such a terrible day

I just discovered some brown/black spot on my tooth. First I thought: Maybe some food got stuck? So I tried to remove it with a needle. Nope didn't work. Then I just decided to brush harsh there. Still not gone...but I think I irritated the gum that's covering my wisdom tooth...so now I have a gross taste in my mouth and it feels like my wisdom tooth wants to jump out of my gums. 🤢 Which is impossible cuz I don't have enough space in my mouth so that wisdom tooth is supposed to get extracted by a surgeon. But I'm tooo scared to go. However now there's a chance I might wake up with pain in my jaws tomorrow (no dentist availabe on sunday). Also the brown/black spot is still there. I never had cavities...so I truly hope this isn't a cavity...otherwise I'm going to cry 😭
