Its actually not that easy. Most of the Indians are not fluent with this language for example South Indians, Bengalis, Gujaratis etc. There are exceptions but not many of them have a command on this language. No language is easy to learn if you don't belong to that place, and even people living in this country can't speak so well..why blame her?

I know many Bengalis in my city who can't speak/understand Hindi...
