~|| Chapter 2 - Mission Impossible ||~
--8 PM--
She stood there, dumbfounded. She could hear the conversation playing and re-playing in her ears again and again.
Half an hour before, she had entered the gates of the Agarwal Mansion, her head spinning.
'I hope maa forgives me.'
'Forgive me for what? I haven't done anything wrong. Have I?'
'no.. I have disrespected my family naa!'
'Stop being so meek!'
"Ughhh! Stop fighting." A fed up Sanyukta shouted, to darkness. She was irritated of her inner-fights.
She went to the door and ringed the doorbell. A red-eyed Mrs. Agarwal opened the door. She had been crying, and it was clearly visible to Sanyukta.
"Maa, you've been crying, why? "
"Who maa? I am not your mom. I never had any daughter! Now get lost. " she closed the door on Sanyukta's face.
Sanyukta's doubts were confirmed. The news of the incident had reached here before her. She broke down, tears flowing uncontrollably.
And still, half an hour later, one could find her squatting under a tree, face hidden and sobbing.
She then stood up, wiped her face and walked out of the gates, vowing never to return.
"This is all because of you, Randhir. You'll pay for this. "She was mumbling.
----
'Delight Hotels', the banner read.
'huh' Sanyukta sighed, 'Delhi mei 2 ghar hai, still I have nowhere to go. '
The supposedly 3-star hotel had used up half the money Sanyukta had. She went to her room and directly to bed, closed her eyes, trying to shut herself from the hectic world.
-- 12:29 AM --
" **** these mosquitoes! Can't they stay away from me? " She scratched the already red portion forcing the blood to come out. "This is all because of you Randhir" She cursed him the umpteenth time!
--- next morning--
She squinted her eyes. The bright sunlight falling on her face forced her to do so.
"Get ready Shekhawat, here I come. " She said to herself, giving that typical Randhir smirk.
--- RSS Automobiles---
The girl that had just entered was now the centre of everyone's attention. Men drooling, girls glaring.
She walked straight toward the 'help desk' . "Sanyukta Agarwal. I had given my name for the interviews of PA of Mr. Randhir Singh Shekhawat. "
" Oh yes mam, that way. "
Her little wicked mind was working since morning, planning wicked ideas. "Game on, MCP"
--- Meanwhile in Randhir's cabin---
"May I enter, sir?" A man, rather Randhir's ex-PA, asked
"Hmm. " Randhir said, his head and focus completely on the screen in front of him.
"Sir, here is the list of the people giving their interviews today." He handed Randhir a sheet and walked out briskly.
He went through the names, sipping his coffee.
"what the hell. There are girls giving interveiws too? Don't they understand that this is an important position, not their bl- " He stopped midway at a name. The coffee which he was sipping literally fountain-ed out his mouth.
"Sanyukta? Wha- Why does she need to give interview for a job UNDER me? " Creases appeared on his forehead as he read and re-read her name. Then, a smirk took over his face. "Game on, Agarwal. "
--- 2 hours later --
"Sanyukta Agarwal? Ma'am, congratulations. You are selected for the job. Your job starts from tomorrow 8 AM. Please be on time. Randhir sir is very punctual about timings. I am his ex-PA and no one knows how furious he gets if someone is late except me. And, he likes black coffee without sugar at his table ready by 8:45 AM. So get one along with you. Oh ya, he also... " his ex-PA was going on and on about Randhir's likes and dislikes.
Sanyukta was irritated and had mentally murdered the guy 2 times already. 'No wonder he was fired. Randhir hates continuous blabbering' She thought and giggled.
After he was done speaking, Sanyukta breathed a sigh of relief. She went back to her hotel. She was too excited for tomorrow, after all she had a mission on hand. Mission to teach Randhir a lesson. Little did she know that this misson would change the terms of her life.
'Get some sleep Sanyu, tomorrow's a big day. ' She thought and trailed off to her dreamland.
--At Randhir's House--
He was on his bed, pillow tucked between his legs and an idiotic grin stuck on his face. After all, his Sanyukta was going to be in the same cabin for 8 hours a day from tomorrow. And he very well knew what she was upto. Yet he was happy.
The interview had been a mere formality. His PA was decided the moment he had read Sanyukta's name. He knew that. And he also knew that she also knew that.
'Get some sleep Randhir, tomorrow's a big day. ' Saying these, he dozed off too.
The STAR CROSSED LOVERS were about to cross each other's life too. But destiny had planned something else, something deadly for them.
