Gautam's expletive to Karishma was in the heat of the moment and it was blatantly visible how he was trying to control himself when provoked. Game or no Game, Karishma tested his patience and he lost it. Part of Game. Her defence is she was playing the game by putting mirchi on him and his defence should be, I lost my patience pure and simple. Anything said within the constraints of the task should be analyzed just for that moment.

But

Arya was not in the middle of a task, nor was he provoked even outside the constraints of a task. He came with the sole, calculated purpose to belittle Gautam by using Sonali as the fall girl. It backfired on him because he was using naari respect as his justification while doing the very thing he was lecturing against.

To sum up, intent, malice and premeditation has to be taken into consideration. Gautam acted in the heat of the moment, Arya came with a plan in mind and an army with sheep mentality in tow.
