Qubool Hai started its journey o 29thOctober, 2012 on the popular channel Zee TV. Produced by 4 LionsFilms, the show marked the return of TV heartthrob Karan Singh Grover as Asad, a role that won him evenmore fans and a few awards as well.The show also marked the introduction of Surbhi Jyoti to Indian Television. Surbhi, who worked in Punjabi films before this, made Zoya, her character, enter the hearts of fans immediately. Even after the 20 year leap, she continues to spread her magic as Zoya's daughters.
The show has had its share of controversies. Rishabh Sinha, who played Ayaan, Asad's brother, left the show for a movie offer. His replacement, Vikrant Massey, left fora Bollywood career as well.Then a bigger controversy entailed as Karan Singh Grover left the show and was replaced by Raqesh Vashisth. The show also saw the entry of Mohit Saigal as Haider.All these replacements and introductions could not sustain the show and it soon took a leap and Karanvir Bohra entered as Aahil, opposite Asad and Zoya's daughter, Sanam (Surbhi Jyoti, again). Surbhi Jyoti garnered further appreciation for sticking to the show till date.The leap took some time to make a place n the audiences heart. But the show now seems to have garnered back its lost glory and continues to go from strength to strength.
As the show completes 500 episodes,we would like to congratulate the entire cast and crew for this achievement. We hope the team continues to entertain fans for many episodes to come.
