Halala isiliye dikhaya jaaraha hai kyunki hamare CV's chahate hain ke, log use achi tarah se samjhe, before giving Talaq, they need to think about it numerous times. It is not a good decision to take. It was basically because, they don't want men to take relations lightly, it talks about dignity of women. And the purity of their relationship.

Iss baar CV's phirse galat kar rahe hain as Halala Nikah Intended to get back to former husband is Haram. The nikah will not be Valid. I hope this doesn't happen.
