crowded places do have tight security, so how did a terrorist get a chance to enter and make 9/11 or even the mumbai attacks happen? If that can happen then RK's escape using gas also seems possible .

The police shoud be efficient enough to handle both type terrorists ( the one in custody or the ones out in open) .If any of it fails then the terrorist fooled them.
