Agree with you in toto. Giving so much importance and Depicting that the curse of a sinner of the highest order coming true is revolting to put it mildly!!
While the potency of curses can be seen from mythology, even if not necessarily given by a great saint of immense power, and also that curses could not be withdrawn technically - could be minimized or a solution given, as you rightly said this part is definitely not required in the serial.
Now, will Jalal next cry buckets regd MA's curse coming true or for the fact that he cried his soul out for a worthless her who has done this yet another big favour for him!
Anyway, Ekta seem very fond of superstitions and such, Shaguni Bhai is going to be there till the end of the serial am sure.

In NR maybe shown as curse, but in histoy too they were dead soon. It was this sad part that I tried to share. They could not live long to be great unfortunately despite great parents.

I am myself bit upset as of now with the curse glorification of Maham.

She has been shown by these saddist cvs as a rishi who has mediated all his life and his curse becomes true,

This not only glorification of evil but spreading superstitions to our society ,which still largely believes in this.

For me ,they as a leading PH should have some ethics that what they show on TV should be within the boundary of sanity.And they should think about its effect on the less educated people of society,

Even Ruku killing babies ,which so against the history is again saddistic part of the cvs.

Just one point I want to make, Jalal NEVER did need MA - he needed SOMEONE to take care of him and MA was entrusted this responsibility. Yes Maddy . You are absolutely right. The episode was not about anyone or anything else . It was about Jalal and Jalal alone . 👏👏

All that unnecessary jarring drama was just a medium to indirectly highlight Jalal's positives , while giving a tearful send off to his foster mother too .

Yesterday we saw the son ' Jalal who expressed gratitude towards his 'badiammi' , who focused only on her positive contributions towards raising him , who large heartedly and magnanimously forgave her hideous acts and treachery .
Jalal's love for his mother was TRUE , PURE ,TRUSTING and above all UNCONDITIONAL .
By forgiving her , he not only made 'peace' with his inner demons but also stood up to the title of "AKBAR".

How can we forget Jodha's influence in helping him realize his true feelings towards his badi ammi ?
Jodha is always going to be the 'roshini' that brightens his every dark step that he will have to climb in the journey of their life together .

I hope that the Creatives focus more on their life together without explicitly showcasing the death of all their children prior to Salim .I am saying this because we saw their penchant for over the top tragic scenes yesterday .That would be unbearable .

Let us wait and watch Monday's episode . Shaguni's appearance dampened my spirits , her bhavishyavanis are shown as always turning out to be true ,.

For a complete non-believer in fortune telling , sooth saying , curses etc I find such scenes upsetting and regressive . I have no clue as to what kind of thoughts run in the Creative teams' minds when they show such scenes .

I also read Cleo's write-up . Completely agree with her views 😛 .

In every second post there is talk about leap .cos story has been so fast since one month . It seems EK was interested In leap that's why so speedy story , coming to leap for twins birth what Donjas said is right they don't want elaborated or happy birth of twins as they are going to die soon .

Though they could have given at least one eps of happiness .

Zee's promotion asking for blessing really makes the tea more bitter! Now, what are they going to prove - awaam's blessing is also waste? And the 'holy' MA curse is that potent! Tell me, how are people going to feel about the twin's death after all this promotion?? Totally disappointed.
Also, I agree with Maddy and Charu that such things need not be spread.

I m not defending zee . Whatever I said was about leap . Decision depends on zee too .
Regarding her curse I mailed zee it was like Putna cursing . I m totally heart broken with this NR .
Twins died early why this NR .damn cvs . Just to cash viewers' superstitions they did this .jai ho TRP ki

Good to see this positivity Goras. Me too pretty sure there is no big leap. This will only make the fans furious and Zee knows it, SA track can wait and people who are anxiously waiting for this will be highly disappointed.
