I think the whole l word is given way too much importance in the west - indian culture equates love with everything - there is no special I love you status of a relationship - there is marriage which brings a couple closer as they grow emotionally closer the I love you is apparent

In fact the convo on kids was more of an I love you state than anything

I hope she dosent think still than Aahil hates her. Actually I dont think she thinks that anymore, and that is what has been drawing her to him even more. She is in love with him, but she dosent actually realize it. She says she wants to "help" him, but she dosent know what is actually motivating her! WHY she wants to "free" him from his prison? Aahil wants to hear WHY! HE wants to hear the words. He wants her to tell him that she is doing all this because she LOVES him! That is why he accused her of trying to "show" she loves him. But behind that accusation was actually the need. The need to have her DENY that it is a show! TELL me that you really love me, that the concern is real, that THIS is real! THAT is what he wants to hear.

He wants all those things his Mother said to not be true! I felt his desperation today, and I am WAITING for Sanam to realise what he actually wants from her! But for that, SHE needs to understand what SHE really wants from him and why!
