I agree she knows she has "feelings" for Aahil. But has she actually named those feelings? She is in her own bubble with him right now. She was devastated when he was hurt and she started to look after him after the accident. To her surprise, after an initial show of anger and rejection, Aahil seemed to be lapping up all the attention and care she was showing to him!
This was the girl who thanked Aahil for defending her to Tanveer about the necklace, and told him in the same breath that "Even though she knows he hates her and dosent like her at all, she wants to thank him for supporting her"! Soon after that he accuses her of liking Rehan's company too much and this time she took it more personally than she did the previous time. That time she was angry and then she actually taunted him for being jealous of her friendship with Rehan. There were no tears in sight. This time she was crying and got very emotional. He too like a typical scorned lover, started to throw the suit she got him. She then threw HER clothes given by him and hurt him terribly by saying she could not wait to be free of him.
Of course she felt guilt when he had the accident about what she had told him. She herself didnt know how emotionally invested she was with her "Nakali Shohar". I hope she dosent think still than Aahil hates her. Actually I dont think she thinks that anymore, and that is what has been drawing her to him even more. She is in love with him, but she dosent actually realize it. She says she wants to "help" him, but she dosent know what is actually motivating her! WHY she wants to "free" him from his prison? Aahil wants to hear WHY! HE wants to hear the words. He wants her to tell him that she is doing all this because she LOVES him! That is why he accused her of trying to "show" she loves him. But behind that accusation was actually the need. The need to have her DENY that it is a show! TELL me that you really love me, that the concern is real, that THIS is real! THAT is what he wants to hear.
He wants all those things his Mother said to not be true! I felt his desperation today, and I am WAITING for Sanam to realise what he actually wants from her! But for that, SHE needs to understand what SHE really wants from him and why!
