No she was not wrong at all. As you said Raman loves her but does not trust her. If you love some one than you should trust her and share his past with her. But if you cannot trust her than do not expect her to trust you. I am with Ishita.

I would vote as a yes for her trusting Sanjana..
But I don't think its entirely her fault in all the fiasco that's happened..The Bhalla's and Mihir are equally responsible.. All this could have been avoided had she known the truth.! Or atleast Mihika, if not everyone in the Iyer family..

But yes, she was wrong in trusting a stranger.!

WHether Isita trusts Raman or not , doesnt matter here .
She should not have trusted Sanjana .
Why should she, a professional and educated lady, trust blindly a woman whom she did not know 7 days back and when she knows people like PAram and Ashok ae always trying to get her into trouble.

Ishita is too naive. She should have has smelled foul when she saw Param with Sanjana. She gets too many knocks, but he never learns and never leaves her naivety.

I havent voted as i think she was neither wrong nor right. Its somewhere in between - the grey part

Yes Ishita was wrong to trust a stranger.

Her not asking Raman and telling him what Sanjana had said would have shown a little more maturity and she would not have to look like a gullible fool that can be this easily manipulated by cunning Shagun and pervert Parmeet.

She shouldn't have trusted a stranger and shouldn't have taken such a big step she is going to face it hard tomorrow but it also isn't her fault as Raman and Mihir didn't told her the full truth.
