As Madhudi said, JAssi had enough friends. I think what she wanted to look for was someone to love. Not look persay, but she fell in love without wanting to, and she found a friend in her love.

Nandu is the perfect friend. The best friend. Crazy, entertaining, defensive, always knows whats on her mind. Jassi and Nandu are just like one mind. They did almost everything together. They told each other everything. They knew when one of them had something to tell, or when one of them was sad.

Purab was a friend that always helps Jassi out. Kind of boring really, but still as much as i hate him, he was a good friend also. He helped her smile, bring her smile back when she was sad. Always threatning people who hurt jassi. He was a good friend, but he ruined that when he left her when she needed him the most. That proved that he can be a good friend, but not a life partner.

And Armaan. The lover. He had become veery dependent on Jassi. Always turning to her for help. And jassi, always helping him out whenever he needed help. without any questions asked. Unknowingly, Jassi and Armaan both fell in love with each other, but they didnt realise it first, because Armaan, as arrogant as he might've been, thought of her as a friend. And Jassi, she realized she was in love with Armaan, but still helped him out always as friends. And armaan too always stood up for JAssi. So yeah, he was, i think jassis friend
