I guess he has some health issues which he nd his family haven't revealed to Dolly and her family.

Maybe high diabetes

I think it's SBS seg . Sumit is drunken and he comes to the wedding in the same condition that to wearing skates shoe instead of normal shoe.

Most probably he drank a whole bottle of wine .That's why Sukku called Umesh. Unless Sukku murdered him. 😆 Just kidding.May be he is drunk and may be he'll get married with the help of all the crazy cousins in half conscious condition.
