Paparazzi Boycott Sallu 's Big boss launch

Salman Khan launched the new season of his show 'Bigg Boss 8' but the event was boycotted by the paparazzi.

Actor Salman Khan Friday launched the new theme of "Bigg Boss" season 8, which will have an aviation theme. Salman will be seen as the captain and will lead twelve first class passengers who will need to carve their own paths in the show.

"As a captain you will keep a check on the passengers' safety and wellbeing, week on week, to ensure that the journey is smooth yet not so smooth in this whirlwind voyage. I can only advise the passengers to stay calm and collected as patience, tolerance, tact and trust are the only tools that will control the turbulence," said Salman.

Commenting on the launch, Raj Naik, CEO of Colors, where the show is sired, said: "As the show prepares leave the runway, we hope to transmit incredible entertainment for our viewers. It's time for the audience to fasten their seat belts."

"Bigg Boss" season 8 is set to take off from Sep 21.

Photographers, who have decided to boycott events of actor Salman Khan, were Friday missing from his press conference to announce "Bigg Boss" season 8.

Asked if was missing the photographers, Salman said: "What can I do... I can't force anyone. I have not stopped them from taking my pics... they have banned me and taken a stand. All I can say is do it quietly, respectfully and not like 'macchi (fish)' market."

To a query if he will try and make peace with the photographers, he said: "I don't have a problem, they got angry. I think they should make peace with themselves."

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has always shared a love-hate relationship with the media but since the last couple of years the association seemed to be improving.

Unfortunately, it didn't last for too long as the actor recently had a fallout with the media on Friday (July 11 2014) at an event to promote his new song from the film Kick where the bouncers of the event misbehaved with the photographers. Agitated by Salman Khan's behaviour who asked them to leave the venue, the photographers are planning to boycott the Dabangg Khan. However, this news doesn't seem to bother superstar Salman Khan as he has gone ahead to tweet that he is happy with their decision.

Salman wrote on his twitter handle, "This is wat I call a stand, the photographers r gonna loose out on wrk, but hv still taken a decision not to take my pics, happy fr them."

He added, "I wld hv immense respect for them if they keep this stand." (sic).

Well, it will now be interesting to see if media remains firm on their decision.

What's the point? There were some photographers present, so what's the point of only some boycotting him?
Dumb move by that section, it's not going to benefit them, they better get over themselves and stop waiting for an apology.

It made no difference we still got our salman pictures what a pointless boycott
