Today's Take - The Heart of a Home

The heart of a home is the woman ... daughter, wife, mother, sister ... daughter-in-law, sister-in-law. But not every woman has it in her to be the heart of a home ... the one without whom the house will fall apart if she is not there.

Maithili is one such woman.

The heart of a home and a family is a woman ... a wife and mother. Without her, a father and son are just that - father and son. With her, they are a family.

Paro was one such woman. Myrah is one such woman.

Shatabdi can manage her own husband and child ... she can, and she will. But more than that, and without Maithili helping her at each step, she fumbles and falters. She definitely can't manage the entire family. And she doesn't want to. Besides, she and Sumer are both genuinely worried for Samrat and Maithili ...

So she and Sumer frantically try to call Maithili and Samrat.

Dhruv and Koel also miss Kaaki/Maasi ... and they're hungry. Rudra is cooking dinner for Dhruv ... burnt rotis because that's all he knows.

In short, everyone in the house knows that without Maithili, the house will fall apart. Everyone except Mohini accepts this truth.

Shatabdi Mohini - Shatabdi makes dinner for her husband and daughter ... not for anyone else. Only her own little family. She's not as self-sacrificing and generous as Maithili, nor will she work so much without a word ... or put up with taunts and barbs non-stop, the way Maithili did. She doesn't know how Maithili put up with Mohini all these years. But she won't do the same. She's not Maithili.
Mohini tells her to keep quiet, but Shatabdi isn't done yet ... what did Maithili want all these years, in return for everything she did for the family? The right to adopt a child of her own? And even that was denied her. Just because it wouldn't have been Mohini's bloodline. And what's so great about Mohini's bloodline anyway? Sumer does nothing ... Rudra runs the house.
Nope. Shatabdi is in no mood to respect Mohini or listen to her ... Maithili would have been better off if she hadn't listened either.

Mohini wonders ... why is the house falling apart without Maithili? Is she really so important?

Yes, she is. Maithili is the heart of the house, of the family.

Myrah and Rudra ...

Myrah stands shellshocked by Rudra's sudden, unprovoked outburst ... does he really hate her so much still? What suddenly happened?
Rudra ... repentant almost instantly ... he didn't mean it, didn't meant to take out his anger on Myrah ... anger and confusion directed at himself ...

So he comes back and apologises ... or tries to. But as usual, he can't quite ... and Myrah has had enough, She never knows what he means, when his anger will erupt, and for what reason.

Reminded me of Paro telling Rudra that he's always angry with her, whatever she does ... or doesn't do ... 😭
And he leaves.

Myrah sees the hanky ... she is beginning to understand more about Rudra slowly ... she understands that his silent gesture of leaving the hanky, is his apology ... because he can't get the words out.
And Rudra comes back and thanks her for that ... for understanding him, for forgiving him ... for everything she has done for Maithili, for bringing a smile to her face, and solving a problem which no one could solve for so many years ...
Why could nobody stand up to Mohini for so many years, still puzzles me. I think Rudra lost his spirit after Paro died, and without him to brave KCM, the rest could not take a stand.

Myrah unburdens her own worry to Rudra ... did she do the right thing? Maithili got her much longed for child, but lost a family ... everyone is missing her ... god knows how she and Samrat are managing on their own.
Rudra's turn to reassure her .. Samrat is fine, and everything will be fine ... she was right in what she did ... she shouldn't worry.

Simple communication ... the kind Paro and Rudra did so beautifully 😕

And another awkward silence ... before she realises his hands are on her shoulders ... and they both move back ... and go their separate ways.

Myrah still lost, wanders into her room ... Rohit sees her tension, and tries to lighten her mood ... he can't fight on an empty stomach. Myrah has to laugh 😊
Rohit plans dinner out ... and since Rudra is her bodyguard, he can come too.
Rohit's expressions are very watchful ... he seems to be observing Myrah's reactions carefully.
Myrah hesitant at first ... agrees ...

Rudra Dhruv Myrah Rohit ...

Dhruv isn't as tolerant of burnt rotis as his dad had to be ... he's too used to Maasi's good cooking.
Dhruv wants Myrah ... Myrah, looking ravishing in orange (Sanaya looked gorgeous, hair swept to one side, simple dress, simple hoop earrings ... stunner!) ... no wonder Rudra is lost for a moment, gazing at her.
The kaala teeka story doesn't work on Dhruv ... he wants proper food. Dad is not capable ... Dhruv wants Myrah to sort things out. Myrah will put things right. That's what women do always.
A woman is the heart of the family ... and Dhruv has chosen Myrah to be the heart of theirs.

When did Dilsher make Rudra laugh in childhood? I thought he was an embittered grumpy man all through, till he met Paro. Or does Rudra have selective memory?

Myrah offers to cook for Dhruv ... not her parathas 😉 Rohit helps her. He really does ... the man is handy in the kitchen.
I like this Rohit more and more 😳
Rudra watches as Rohit helps Myrah, both perfectly at ease and comfortable with each other ... they don't need his help.
Rohit smears Myrah's lip with flour ... deliberately? 😲

Dhruv doesn't want to stay alone ... so Rohit sits down to eat with him. Dinner plans cancelled. That was sweet of Rohit. 😃

Rudra comes into the kitchen to wipe the flour off Myrah's lip. If Rohit can be helpful and sweet, and get that smile on Myrah's face, he can do the same. 😛

Forget Myrah Rudra ... Ashish Sanaya have sizzling chemistry every which way. Especially with Rudra in white, and San looking like a million bucks in flame orange.

Rudra banna ... make up your mind ... either stay away from her, or tell her you want her. Stop this yo-yoing to and fro.
What am I saying ... this is Rudra! The original bipolar hero!

Shweths, fabulous collages today ... maar daala!!!! 👏😳 Haayyyeee!!!! This couple is so sizzling hot!

The redemption/reformation/ reclamation ... or else, the sidelining ... of Mohini, begins 😆

Morning ... Three men in a Bed 😆 All squashed up too. 🤣 Pic of the day!!!

Rudra is tensed to hear that Myrah is missing ... Dhruv got scared alone, so he came here.

One kostin ... after Rudra and Myrah are married, will Dhruv still sleep in the same bed? At age 7?! 😲

Some renovations to the Ranawat haveli will be required. 😛 Additional kids' rooms, for one thing.

Myrah returns ... and faces barrage of questions from Rudra ... and a couple from Rohit ... answers in the form of Samrat and Maithili and their baby.

Mohini is happy to see them back, but of course she can't show it ... that is defeat.
Again, Ananya's expressions here were spot on.

So the barbs starts again ... Samrat has to apologise. Or he can't stay, and neither can that adopted baby.
Myrah silences her ... this house is now Rudra's. So he gets to say who stays and who doesn't. And who apologises to whom. Bas.

Next track ... Mohini's redemption ... can she really change, as Myrah demands? Has one day without Maithili knocked some sense into her?

Coming straight to the episode... Sumeer and Shatabdi looked genuinely concerned about Maithili and Samrat.. Even when they both were pulling each others legs, they didn't stop ringing them.. The unshed tears in Shatabdi's eyes when Sumeer teases her for wanting Maithili so that she can excape kids... She was really hurt by his words... And it even makes her wonder, if she is looks that bad?? Shatabdi, you are not.. Don't take you bejaless husbands words to heart 😛.. It was nice to see Sumeer concerned about his brother and his family..

Both Sumeer and Shatabdi looked so lost when they were asked about Samrat and Maithili.. They know how important Maithili is for the family, for the kids.. But unfortunately Mohini still doesn't 👎🏼.. Shatabdi, Mohini scene was awesome.. This is one woman in this house who knows how to handle Mohini well.. I loved it.. Everything she said was BANG ON.. "Aap ka khoon ne kya ukadliya..".. The dialogues were just fantastic 👏. People like Mohini need someone like Shatabdi, Paro and Myrah, not Maithili.. Because, these people take others silence as your weakness, not kindness... The surprise and confusion on Mohini's face was hilarious 😆... Like Shatadbi said, Maithili did everything for this family and that to according to Mohini's wish.. But Mohini is too self centered and egoistic to see or accept it and let Maithili have the happiness she always craved for... This is my favorite scene today... Enjoyed it.. Hope Mohini realizes at least now of how important Maithili is to this family and that without her, this family will just fall apart like domino's.😊

Rudra thankfully realized almost immediately that he was wrong and rushes to apologize.. But Myrah who was so confused and hurt by his allegations was not ready to listen to his excuse.. And she says the same, "I don't understand what you mean and what you don't😕"... So, Rudra silently walks away leaving a hand kerchief.. Which Myrah sees later and lets out a tiny smile.. Because, she knows now.. What ever he might end up saying to her, he will always care for her... And that makes her happy😃.. But the happiness doesn't end there.. Rudra walks back to her and showers her with praises.. This guy, seriously?? Despite of knowing him for past 8+ months, I am now able to understand him?? No wonder Myrah feels that😆.. All the flattery surprises her and also makes her let out her worry.. Was she right? Did she do the right thing? And Rudra jumps in at the opportunity to hold and console her.. But it was all tooo awkward for them... So they stare and walk away.. 🤔

Rohit, I loved this guy today.. He came out more sensible and sweet.. More so than Rudra 2.0 ever has.. No chappals please 😎.. I mean, he saw Rudra shouting at Myrah.. He sure knew that Myrah was upset.. But, he didn't ask or say anything that she didn't want.. He just made her smile a little and suggested dinner... So that she can breath a little.. But poor him, nothing goes according to his wants and needs in this haveli, does it 😛?? I liked how he instead of cribbing about Myrah cooking for Dhruv, said, "tell me, how can I help?" That was so nice of him, right 👍🏼?? All he wanted was Myrah to be happy.. And finally, when everything was set.. Dhruv hits six and Rohit gets cleaned bowled😆.. As he drops the idea of dinner date and ends up enjoying Macarooni.. Was he really thinking about Dhruv's happiness or Myrah? Did he do that because he knew that Myrah would not be happy to leave the little guy? Only he knows.. ❓

And about wiping the atta off Myrah's face scene.. Nothing much to say about it than, Rudra you as well say it out loud ASAP.. As it is clearly written all over your face. I don't know why you are still holding it back, banna sa? What else do you want? Oh! forgot, Paro's agreement 😆.. For fun girls, don't take it otherwise.. I just want him to stop with this sad eye locks and move forward.. This is getting so boring...

The morning after scene made me laugh so much like I never had in the recent RR times.. That pose of father, son with Rohit sandwiched in the middle was quiet similar to his actual situation when it came to Myrah.. Hilarious 🤣..

The tiny smile on Mohini's lips showed that she was happy to see Samrat and Maithili back.. But she is still adamant about getting everything her way .. And Myrah with all her influence managed to get the haveli on Rudra name within not even half day... Mohini, now whit her wings cut short, has no other option but to come down from her high ground.. But, I have a question here.. The house was never under Mohini's name, for everyone to listen to her.. Rudra could have said, he earns money for this house and takes care of everyone so he will decide who stays here and who doesn't even yeaterday, right?? How does having the haveli on his name help??😕

Fantastic acting be sanaya, Ashish and Mohini... Everyone was awesome today.. Sanaya looked stunning in that orange gown.. Hope they move the story forward from this awkward and confused Rudra..

Precap, looks like another showdown... Hope it is as good as the last one. Bring it on CV's.. 😃

Ranawats going berserk today- Thanks to Sumer and Maithili who are at least looking for Maithili and Samrat. Dhruv and Koel are looking for her too and Sumer Bana is right that Shatabdi can't handle these kids. Thanks to Shatabdi for telling Sumer that she wasn't looking for that reason and everything is not a joke.😊

Rudra's self defense to Myrah - Rudra Bana is here to apologize and tells Myrah not to cry. He didn't mean it that way, and Myrah is right that she doesn't know what and when he means. Paro was in the same dilemma once.😊 Rudra leaves the hankey for Myrah and she loves wiping here tears with that.😊

Shukriya Moment- Myrah returns the hankey and says that it is OK and Rudra Bana says Shukriya for forgiving him all the time. He also says that Myrah is a nice person, and shukriya for understanding him, also for bringing a smile on Samrat and Bhabhi Sa's face, Shukriya for giving Bhabhi the thing which she longed for all her life, shukriya for doing that which nobody could do.😊 Today is the barrage of Shukriyas from Rudra Bana's side.😊

Moment of regret- Myrah thinks that she did a great mistake of giving a child to Maithili and now they are deprived of their family. Everybody is missing them and I wonder how they are if they have a house to live or not. It was very thoughtful on her part to think like that.😊

Moment of Assurance- Rudra Bana assures Myrah that they will be alright and he wants Myrah to be guilt free. Myrah does notice Rudra's hand on her shoulder and he removes it after she sees it.😊

Knocking sense into KCM's head- KCM misunderstands Pasta for thinking that Shatabdi is making it because Koel has passed. Shatabdi has divided the fridge into two but KCM doesn't like it and according to her everybody has eaten together so far. Well, Shatabdi refuses to make food and KCM reminds her that she is the bahu of this house. It is her responsibility to take the responsibilities of the house and Shatabdi asks her in what book is it written?😊

Shatabdi's bitter truth to KCM- Shatabdi tells her that she is not Maithili and it is better if she understands it sooner than ever. She also says that it would have been better if Maithili would have turned around and back chatted to her. Shatabdi told her that is she going to decide who is going to talk. I wonder how Maithili put up with her so many days, she always respected you but you taunted her all your life and never respected her. And you crushed her dream of adopting a child just because she wasn't your blood.😊

Shatabdi on fire- Shatabdi reminds KCM that even though Sumer is her child, Rudra takes care of this house. Shatabdi will not keep quiet and tells KCM to stay away from her.😊

KCM's realization - What is happening in this house? Just because one person has walked out, it makes such a big difference?😊
Now she will realize the importance of Maithili who cooked, cleaned and swept for her, did her seva and never expected anything in return. Thanks Shatabdi for knocking sense into her head.😊

Rohit's viewpoint- Rohit is sorry and asks Myrah to forget everything. He never meant to fight, and he is hungry and wants to go out for dinner. Rohit will take Rudra out for dinner too and of course Myrah says yes.

A fan's reaction - Rohit- Are you being great or naive?😊 Taking Rudra for dinner with Myrah. It was good for him that it didn't work out.

Dhruv doesn't want to eat the burnt paratha and calls Myrah. And I wonder why because she doesn't know to make Parathas either. Rudra does notice Myrah all dressed up.😊 Sanny is looking pretty with her changed hair style.

Rohit's invitation to Rudra- He invites him for dinner because wherever Myrah is there, he has to be there and thanks Rudra Bana for making sure that Dhruv eats.😊

Rudra's version of burnt Paratha- This is Kala teeka Nazar ka, when Rudra was Dhruv's age, he used to eat the same thing every day. Dilsher had the capacity to make Rudra laugh but Rudra doesn't know how to do that either. Missed Dilsher today.😊

Dhruv reminds Myrah not to make that Paratha because only Rudra can eat that Paratha.😊

Thoughtful moment- It was very nice of Myrah to make Macaroni and Cheese for Dhruv and it was equally nice on Rohit's part to help but Rudra Bana didn't like Myrah-Rohit closeness. Thank God Dhruv liked Macaroni cheese and also wasn't happy that everybody is leaving him and going for dinner. Well, Rohit canceled his plan and will eat Macaroni and cheese with Dhruv.😊

Dhak Dhak Moment-(Oldest fan asked me to include this moment) Rudra's gesture touches Myrah. Rudra Bana removes the atta from the top of her lips, and tells Myrah that every body was laughing because of that.😊 Myrah was very much affected by that and she took forever to regain her composure. Rudra Bana saved Myrah from further embarrassment.😊 Sanish totally rocked in that scene.👏

Moment of Desperation- Rudra Bana is concerned and asks Myrah where did she go and is mad at her for leaving without telling him. Myrah notices the body language of Rudra and Rohit comes from behind.😊

KCM's statement to Samrat- She won't let Samrat come back to the house unless and unitil he asks for forgiveness because he still has that child close to him.😊

Moment of the day- Loved how Myrah said that this house is not hers now. She hands over the document to KCM and tells her that this house belongs to Rudra Pratap Ranawat now. Now he is going to decide who is going to stay in the house and who will remain out of the house and of course who will ask for forgiveness. Way to go sister!👏👏

Btw, Sanny looked gorgeous in that outfit, with a different hair style and with those earrings. No wonders, Rudra couldn't keep her eyes away from her.😛

After watching today's episode, only one word comes to my mind and that is "Worth" and you only realize a person's value when they are gone and I am talking about Maithili.

W- Without equal (Shatabdi told KCM that it was only Maithili who put up with her )😊
O- Omnipotent (Nobody got proper khana today because Maithili was gone)😊
R- Razor-sharp( Shatabdi told KCM that she is not Maithili )😊
T- Thoughtful (Loved how Myrah made Rudra in charge of the house)😊
H- Happiness ( Loved how Myrah brought Samrat and Maithili back to the house)😊

Love watching Ashish and Sanny's interactions and will miss them tons.😊

Diya awesome awesome take on Maithli...like Paro...she was the pillar of the Ranawat haveli...

What was also wonderful to see that Myrah too wanted her back. This house was no longer a home without Maithli...

And every Mohini needs a Shatabdi to realize the value of a gem like Maithli...

Rohit is totally shipping Myrah and Rudra now, and is creating moments for them to be together/closer. That flour/cheese over Myrah's lip was deliberate of course!

Sanaya was utterly stunning in the Grecian- styled flame-orange dress and those gold loops and hairstyle...what a stunner!☺️

For sure cameraman sapne dekhta hoga..."I wish I was the hero..."😉

And this couple SaNish...I mean their chemistry is to die for.☺️

The 3 man in bed remain me of my own crazy family 🤣That isn't new to me I remember walking into a bedroom once during my older brother wedding time and saw 3 man in bed in that similar pose 😆

I'm really starting to like Rohit he has grown on him. He seems like a very good guy and would make a good husband in the future. Love how he helped Myrah out in the kitchen with the cooking... They looked very comfortable with eachother.

Sanaya looked absolutely stunning today, loved her hairstyle and outfit

She really is the queen of expressions. Look at those expressive eyes!

The Myrah/Rudra scene was good too and same with me, just watching the show nowadays without complaining. Ashish & Sanaya have amazing chemistry, going to miss this Jodi.
