I do not intend to hurt your feelings but how would you feel, if somebody raped your sister, or your family, would you forgive that person whom ruined your entire happiness and your sister's life? Would you wish to marry that person, who has no repentance for the mistakes he has committed? In the same way, why should Durga forgive Shaurya, and why should she marry him, and accept him wholeheartedly? Shaurya is the reason for her parents demise, her sister's life being traumatised for eternity. Even if Durga brings the Goenka's to justice, Payal will always be traumatised for the fact that she was raped by Shaurya and his friends. Now because of Shaurya, Payal has become mental. If you were in Durga's place, would you forgive and marry the person who did this to your sister?
