Because he is Bani's half husband...and Bani has his naam ka sindoor and angoothi with her as his amaanat to remind her of him...

By the way, who would sign the divorce namah? Bani or Durga? Coz as far as I remember, Bani married Jai, not Durga. And if Bani signs the divorce, doesn't that legally make her Bani and therefore a "murderer" who should be imprisoned? So he wants her to divorce JW and go to jail???

i think th AD'S problem is that he does not want to loose from JW.
first he thought pallavi lovd JW not him
then he accused JW for killing pallavi but both time AD proved wrong and he had to loose from JW
