Madhuri and Aish are icons whom the next gen is bound to look forward to..Apart from them Vidya,Rani and Priyanka are also going to be good examples to look forward to for the newer lot to come..

Alia- achieved so much success at such a young age. Both critical and commercial success that too without working with big heroes. She really created a name for herself. Parineeti too even though I think Alia is the better actress. But credit where it's due..she also has critical and commercial success without the big heroes. Critics love her.

Maduri, rani, Kareena, and PC are admired by this generation of actresses like Alia and Sona are fan of Bebo and Shradha (fan of PC). I don't see any actress admiring Aish.

Maduri is admired by actresses like Kareena and PC. Don't think next generation will look as far as Maduri for admiration.

They should actually admire Rani , Vidya, Tabu and Priyanka, if they really want to get some inspiration from these actresses because these above mentioned actresses have acted in the movies.
