Recently, Vidya Balan was at the receiving end of Akshay Kumar's prank on the sets of Heyy Babyy. The entire unit was left in splits when Akshay posed as a radio jockey and conducted a telephonic interview with the actress. Vidya failed to see through the joke and answered all his questions patiently.
Akshay, however, couldn't keep himself from telling Vidya the truth when she went and sat in front of a radio, waiting for her interview to be aired. Akshay Kumar says, "It was just a small prank where I posed as a radio jockey and started interviewing Vidya on the phone. I thought she would see through it, but she didn't. I had to finally tell her when she was sitting in front of the radio waiting for her interview to air Filmmaking may seem very easy but it gets taxing at times. We work together for days especially on outdoors. It's like one big family. With pressures looming large, one needs to release steam and what better way than to laugh it off?"
Director Sajid Khan says, "Akshay's prank at the radio station left us rolling on the floor. It was amazing. Akshay was such a natural at it that Vidya couldn't see through it."

A unit member informs, "A major part of the film was shot in Australia. During the schedule, once Vidya got a call from a local radio channel asking for an interview. Vidya obliged and the interview went on for a good 20 minutes or so. The interview had many questions about her debut film to Heyy Babyy to her career and her personal life. In fact, the radio jockey had a strong Punjabi accent which took Vidya by surprise. However, the interview went on and on and Vidya replied to all the questions patiently. The RJ told Vidya that the interview would be aired in 15 minutes and that she should listen to it. Poor Vidya waited for the interview to come on air. When she discovered that it was a prank and everyone was laughing at her while she was waiting for the interview to air, she was very embarrassed."
