Hey actually its not Purab's fault that there was no romance in the air when he was with Jassi, it is just that he is behaving as a friend with Jassi. Only romance can bring in passion. Purab and Jassi were not having a romantic conversation. Rather they were meeting as two people who were going to be married, like in an arranged marriage.
Purab and Jassi met each time as friends and even after the decision of marriage has been made, Jassi sees him as a friend whom she would marry and live with forever. Purab is not bringing romance into her heart or making her desire him. Jassi's heart always beats faster only by seeing Armaan. It is perhaps because of the way he speaks, which is more appealing to Jassi. There is pure romance between Armaan and Jassi from the beginning of the serial.
Specially in the beginning of the serial, when during the Kareena Modi episodes, Jassi helped Armaan to fool Mallika, the way he raised Jassi's face with one finger and made her look at him and told her never to leave him or Gulmohur, that kind of behaviour was something only a lover would do with his lover or a dulha would do with a dulhan. 😳 A friend wouldn't behave with a friend so romantically and flirtatiously.
Armaan's character is that of a 100% flirt who can charm girls completely by the way he behaves with them. Jassi was no exception and she was totally charmed by the way, he romanced her unintentionally from the beginning of their meetings in Gulmohur. 😳
Armaan never knew that he was making her heart beat faster, when he behaved in that way with her. For him, he was just complimenting her or showing his appreciation of her work. But his style was so romantic that each time, the way he touched her or spoke to her, brought romance into the air and made her desire for his presence and his happiness more. Jassi would start breathing heavily the moment, Armaan came close to her or spoke to her in a sweet, romantic manner. 😛
Purab has never behaved in a romantic manner with Jassi. He had always been cordial to her as any guy would be to a friend. So it was rather a meeting between two friends, who have decided to get married. 😊
Jassi never felt anything romantic for Purab. Jassi while she was talking to Purab about his past romance in her life, believed then that marriage has got nothing to do with romance and even after falling in love, she can still forget her love and move into an arranged marriage with her friend. 😕
There could be yet another decision for agreeing to marry Purab. She always felt that she should never come between Mallika and Armaan. So she wanted to marry her friend who loved her and go away from Mallika and Armaan's lives and lead her own independent married life and perhaps try to forget all about Armaan and live as a completely dedicated wife to Purab. 😊
Her brain never agreed to romance Armaan, but Armaan had control over her heart. Jassi's decision to marry Purab was a decision taken by her brain. But her heart was still filled with thoughts of Armaan sir and so she mentioned about past romance, not understanding that she is still in love with Armaan.
Jassi's attitude while she spoke to Purab was that of pure friendship and trust. Because Jassi's attitude was like that to him, Purab too shyed away from behaving in a romantic style to her when there was no shyness or desire in Jassi's face or eyes that which is found in the face of a girl who is about to get married. She didn't even blush in front of him, like she used to blush in front of Armaan sir, haina? 😳
Armaan Sir is for the typical girl like Jassi.Not so pretty submissive and of course not possesive and really blindly in awe of your love.😆
