I have seen his work and he is a good actor and has screen presnce. He is getting popular in India too thanks to his shows airing on zindagi. But how much successful he will be here in bollywood or how long he wish to continue I have no clue. Hope he does well as I want to see more of his work and if he continues doing cinema back home and not anymore tv as per planned, then just do not have any option.

Hope something good happens with his career but bollywood dynamics are very different and difficult to survive.

You need to be aggressive to survive in the long run in BW. But Fawad in his interviews is non-commital about future BW projects. He might do one-off films here and there but I dont think he is in BW full time.
