I have always wondered had Rehaan confessed to Sanam instead to Dilshad regarding his feelings for her I am sure she would have accepted him.

Yes because Sanam was a girl who had accepted a guy like even Anwar. So to win Sanam for a guy like Rehaan is not at all difficult.

Maybe not. And its story if sahil not rehan and sanam so no way! Another zoyan would never have been accepted

I like Sanam and Rehaan as pair. I wish this had happened atleast for once in Gul's show -the manhandling character like Aahil doesn't get the good girl.
