hahaha....this case is absurd Raj. In the US, there are certain lesser known age old laws that still exist. one such law is that you can be convicted for spitting in some city...name is not coming to my mind right now. another such law was the common law marriage law that i talked about in another thread😆

now, coming to the debate, it depends on the perspective I think. If someone steals my heart and renders me nikamma...as in nikamma kiya iss dil ney.....then that person should definitely be prosecuted for a criminal offense....😛😉😆

Oh I wished such laws against spitting are implemented in India and acted upon also... 😍 cos seriously such acts are necessary... dont want anyone painting artwork on the streets and buildings of various cities...

Regarding topic, from on now we should stop smiling towards strangers or acquaintances when not required least it creates flutter in another person's heart and put us in jail by their family... 😉
