Dev rushes to the farmhouse and sees that it has been vandalized. He asks the servant about Payal and the servant says that Payal is in the hospital. The doctor informs Durga that Payal is still unconscious and might again suffer from panic attacks. This has made the situation even worse as Payal has suffered a nervous breakdown. Durga asks doctor if those people touched Payal and doctor tells that there were no traces of physical assault. But this alone was no less than a physical trauma and he has called for a neurosurgeon who'll handle Payal's case. Durga is completely shattered. Dev immediately leaves for the hospital and on reaching he asks about Payal. The doctor tells them that the surgeon has arrived. Dev goes to meet Payal and recalls a moment he spent with her. He receives a call from Suchitra who inquires whether everything is alright. Dev wonders if he should tell Suchitra or not but eventually tells her everything. Suchitra soon rushes to the hospital. Sakshi who is talking on the phone, notices Suchitra and asks her whats the matter. Suchitra tells her about Payal and Sakshi innocently asks Suchitra about Durga and Payal knowing each other. Suchitra hesitates for a moment and Sakshi says she'll inform the others. The Goenkas arrive at the hospital and Shaurya hesitates to enter inside. Sakshi asks him the reason and he tells her that the last time he met Payal her health started deteriorating. Sakshi assures that nothing will happen, holds his hand and takes him in.
Durga, Dayal and Dev see the Goenkas walk in; Durga glares at Sakshi. Suchitra asks Durga about Payal's health and Sakshi acts oblivious to the entire scene. Shaurya says he called up Durga so many times but she didn't answer the call. Sakshi asks Durga what had happened. Durga is ready to explode but Dayal holds her back and reveals what had happened. Right then the Inspector, Mr. Mukherji walks in. The Inspector recalls Sakshi telling him how to manage the whole scene. He says there's a gang that may be held responsible. Durga says they did not just vandalize the place but also mentally tortured Payal. As instructed by Sakshi, Inspector questions Durga whether she had taken permission to keep Payal at the farm house. Dayal says Durga is Payal's guardian. The Inspector demands for the legal papers. Dev gets irritated and stops Inspector from questioning Durga. Hearing Dev, even Shaurya joins in against the Inspector but Sakshi handles the mess saying that Durga is soon going to be a part of the Goenka family and he better concentrate on catching the criminals. The doctor informs them that the tests can be done tomorrow and till then Payal will be under observation.
Sakshi says they must see Payal. Shaurya remembers how Payal reacted when he met her last time. Sakshi tells him to forget everything and reminds him that Durga is Payal's guardian. Durga immediately steps forward and stops Shaurya from meeting Payal. Sakshi is delighted as Durga falls in her trap and waits for her to speak the truth. She asks Durga whether she still doubts Shaurya. Durga is quiet and Sakshi rejoices as Durga is completely trapped.
