RT should maintain his current weight. He looks best. He is back to his wedding track weight I think.
I was watching old episodes of Ben track (when he was like a teddy bear in Badal Kajri track) his face looked different.

I agree..😊 I also feel it really helped with this Adham culmination track.. I can imagine that the scenes wouldn't have had the same effect had he been his previous weight

But I guess the weight gain happened after he injured his leg and was out of gym action for more than two-three weeks... and it took quite long for him to shed it off..
