Just to increase forum activity

In qh2 she's been unconscious for a lot of time and as someone mentioned in another topic the cat with 9lives

There hasn't been any news about that and also she is a really important character in the show... so i don't think she will die

I think she's been unconscious all this time to buy time for a Sahil relationship to start forming before she drops the bombshell that Tanveer aka Begum Saiba killed her entire family (parents, both grandfathers, aunt). Because I don't see Dilshad keeping quiet when she finds out that Sanam and Aahil are married and that Sanam is still living in that house.
