Prachi Desai, the teenager who has become popular as Bani Walia of Kasamh Se, is all set to host a chat show from Balaji Telefilms. The show is a brainchild of Ektaa Kapoor, who is very fond of Prachi and wants to give her an opportunity to play her age on television. Earlier, Prachi Desai had expressed her displeasure over the Kasamh Se track going in the direction of showing her to be mother of two children. At that time, Ektaa had understood her dilemma and promised to give her an opportunity where she can play her age.

As Prachi Desai says, ' Yes, we have had a talk. But, things are at a primary stage, and nothing has been finalized yet. Ronit and Ram are already busy with Kyunki….. Now, if I sign another show, it will take a toll on Kasamh Se. So, for the moment I am concentrating on Kasamh Se. the other project will take some time to materialize.'

Earlier, Prachi Desai had played the character of a school girl in Balaji's Kasautii Zindagii Kay but that was just a cameo and not a full fledged role. But this time around the chat show will have her playing a full time chat host.
