It'll definitely affect the collections of HNY in Kerala. Screens will be reduced massively if Vijay film is releasing as well. His movies open massively here and is the most popular non-Malayalam actor. Hindi film market in Kerala is limited compared to Malayalam and Tamil.

Both Anniyan and Enthiran did well in all four south states iirc. So yes, a Shankar movie will definitely affect the collections.

AI artificial intelligence is Shankars next, contrary to what people say that its audience is restricted to Tamil Nadu.

Shankar's movies usually take big opening all around including andhra, bangalore and kerala so HNY will have a little bit of dent in their collections. Nor a lot but a bit

I have been waiting for Ai forever!!! so happy that it has a release date now...cant wait to see the trailer...btw, I have heard that it will be released in many languages...

That is true.

Most Shankar's films are dubbed in Hindi and various languages and released all over.
