Rani definitely. In fact, after Rani, I find Priyanka versatile. Vidya is third for me when I look at this one and the previous decade, overall.

Most of the times, experience wins over everything. And in this case Rani has the edge. She's the more experienced actress, she's been in the industry much longer and hence is more versatile because she's been offered various roles that she has taken up.

But the positive with Vidya is, that for the most part, she has taken up extremely strong scripts and women centric scripts that have been really strong.

Both these ladies rule!

Rani. She can pull off a Black as well as a Bunty Aur Babli. Vidya is a good actress but I think she is limited to serious roles. She doesn't do commercial/comedic roles as well.

If Mardani and Black was not done by Rani, if TDP and Kahaani was not done by Vidya, Rani would still be my pick... Rani excelled in a comic role equally as her serious roles... Vidya tries hard in light hearted roles, but she falls flatly.. She is good in serious roles, yes... Plus, if the credit for the success of Queen is given to the script and NOT Kangana, then the credit for the success of Kahaani, should be given to the script as well.. Yuva as a whole is not a great film, but Rani was awesome in it... Same goes to BNB... Like others have put it, Rani is more versatile and has done many different roles in her career.. That said, I found Rani OTT in NOKJ and actually loved Vidya's subtle acting in the film.. And again, the roles were such.. The fact that Rani is more versatile, is the reason why I liked Rani more than Kajol...

Rani can pull off comedies, commercial films, dark films, she can pull off pretty much everything... I don't find Vidya funny when she does comedies. So Rani pretty much is an allrounder.

Vidya can easily makes a romantic scene a sensuous one.. Which I dont like.. There is no cute/romantic scene of Vidya.. All have hidden sensuality in it with all her facial expressions etc etc.. To a limit and for some characters it looks good but not for all..

I would rate Rani way ahead of Vidya.. She is not only versatile in choosing characters.. But have done all type of shades.. Funny, annoying, cute, serious, and above all, a BLACK !!

Both are brilliant actress .there cannot be a comparison between these two .if rani have black or baabul no one killed jessica then vidya have dirty picture kahani or paa no one killed jessica.so its like murgi pehle aya ki anda.but if you ask me whom do you like more personally as a human being then i will say vidya
