"So... where are you going to take me?" Madhu asked excitedly.

"Ohh.. I didnt think over it.." RK said suddenly realizing his own mistake. He was so occupied in rejoicing tha he would go with Madhu that he didn't even think where he would take her.

"What?? You got me on a date and you dont know where we wpuld go?" Madhu exclaimed in disbelief.

"Wait.. its a date?" RK asked suddenly getting side tracked.

"Now will we be wasting time wandering on the streets.." Madhu said with a frown

"We are on a date..." RK told himself lost in his own thoughts.

"No we are not.. because we dont even know where we would go.." Madhu said frpwning on seeing RK not listening to her.

"Where do you want to go Madhu? He asked her.

"I dont know.. I havent been on a date before!!" Madhu exclaimed.

"Really.. Thats great!!" RK said forgetting their main problem and rejoicing that she had never been with anyone.

Madhu stopped and glared at him.

"Ohh.. okay... sorry... would you like to go to a restaurant...?" He asked getting on track finally.

"No... Thats too formal..." she refuted.

"Okay then..." RK kept thinking.

"Some park?" Madhu asked excited.

" What's there in a park?" RK refuted the idea.

"BEACH!" Madhu shrieked.

RK opened his mouth to refuse when Madhu screamed "Yes... to the beach..." so that RK doesnt refuse the idea. RK smiled seeing her and then followed her.

They were now walking on the beach. There feet touching the sand and their shoes in their hands. They were both lost in the beauty of the moment.

RK looked at Madhu. She looked so ethereal in that setting. The wave washed their feet. Madhu shivered with the tingle and then burst out laughing.

RK stared at her. She was like the rain in the desert.

Jise zindagi dhoond rahi hai
Kya ye woh mukaam mera hai
Yahaan chain se bas ruk jaaun

RK was still looking at her when suddenly Madhu jumped and ran to the coast. She sat down and picked up something. She looked at RK shrieking. "See Rishu..!! What I got?" She called out to him.

RK walked forward and found her holding a starfish.

Haan kisi shayar ki ghazal
Jo de rooh ko sukoon ke pal
Koi mujhko yun mila hai,

jaise banjare ko ghar
Naye mausam ki sehar,

RK sat beside her. She was admiring the starfish while RK admired her. The wave brushed their feet. RK was still staring at her when suddenly Madhu threw water on his face. RK jerked back and saw Madhu laughing at him. "What are you looking at?" Madhu said teasingly.

RK threw water on her face in return.

Jaise koi kinara,

deta ho sahara
Mujhe woh mila, kisi mod par
Koi raat ka taara, karta ho ujala
Waise hi roshan kare, woh shehar

Dard mere woh bhula hi gaya kuch aisa asar huya,
Jeena mujhe phirse woh sikha raha

RK and Madhu were sitting in the beach. The wind blew Madhu's hair on his face. She again seemed lost. RK noticed her wrinkled bridge of nose..

"What happened?" He asked her worriedly.

" Nothing. " Madhu shrugged with a not so convincing smile on her face.

"What do you keep thinking? I have seen thatt in office too.. you seem worried over something.." RK asked her.

"Its nothing... You think I cant get serious?" Madhu joked.

"If its something you can tell me...? I will set it straight.." RK assured her.

Madhu looked at him for a second with a blank face. Then she forced a smile. "Dont worry... Its nothing serious.." she said.

RK laid down on the sand. For the first time in his life he was feeling calm. Like he belonged there. With her. He could just stay like that and stare at Madhu for the rest of his life. He was surely in love with her. Madhu looked at him staring at her. She couldnt help but smile. And her eyes were the reverberation of her heart which was as pure as white.

Muskaata ye chehra, deta hai jo pehra
Jaane chupata kya dil ka samundar
Auron ko toh har-dum, saaya deta hai,
Woh dhoop mein hai khada khud magar
Chot lagi hai use phir kyun mehsoos mujhe ho raha
Dil tu bata de kya hai irada tera

Madhu and RK were walking along the sea as waves washed their feet. The sun was setting now and they could see the orange horizon. Suddenly Madhu stopped. She looked at RK.

"What?" RK asked her.

"Nothing" she smiled slightly.

"Arghhh... Again your not so serious thoughts...?" RK exclaimed rolling his eyes.

Madhu giggled hearing him. "Rishu..." she said.

"Ohh finally... Yes.. say.." RK said to her waiting impatiently what she was thinking.

"what if all this disappears..?" She asked with a nervous face.

"I wont let it.." he said confidentally.

"What if something wrong happens...?" Madhu saud with worry evident in her eyes.

"I will correct it" he said smiling at her.

"What if I do something wrong?" Madhu asked lowering her gaze.

"Then too I will correct it.." RK said as he tucked the hair strand falling on her face, behind her ear.

Somehow in her presence RK felt like a gaurdian. Like he had someone to look after and someone to return to. He decided in his heart. As soon as this matter is solved he would go away to some other place, close his past and start a new life with Madhu. Where nothing can touch there dreams.

It was dark now and they both were walking down the road. They waited for a taxi to board on.

"When will a taxi come...?" Madhu said not able to take it annymore.

"Ohh please Madhubala... You have already refused 3 of them.." RK said angrily.

"So..? You expect me to give soo much of fare?" Madhu said with widened eyes.

"You dont have to pay the fare.. I would do that.." RK said tired telling her that the tenth time.

"Still.. noone of us is giving that much.." Madhu said firmly.

RK breathed in his frustration. "Yeah very well.. Lets walk you to your house..." RK said frustrated.

Madhu rolled her eyes. She made a face as RK walked forward but just then RK turned back.

"what? What were you doing?" RK asked her.

Madhu forced a smile. "I was doing my facial exercise... You see.. Its time for that.." Madhu said as she forced a smile and started walking acting as if nothing happens.

"Ohh.. you know its time for my workout too.." RK said smiling naughtily.

"Really? What do you do?" Madhu asked still trying to avert his attention.

" Weight lifting.." RK said as he bent down. The next he had Madhu in his arms and he walked.

"What are you doing?" Madhu asked suddenly taken aback.

"Working out.." RK said casually.

"Put me down..." Madhu said hitting him on his shoulder.

"You know that would least affect me.." RK said smiling at her.

"I can walk.." Madhu said to him.

"Really thats why you were holding your knees 5 minutes back.." RK asked her.

Madhu smiled slightly. "You saw that... That is why you are doing this... but you would get tired.." Madhu said to him.

"Na.. I dont get tired.." RK said to her. "Specially when you have a such a beauty in your arms... I am feeling like Hugh Jackman..." RK said teasingly looking at her.

"Hah! Hugh Jackman..." Madhu said laughing.

Suddenly RK felt dizzy. Something strange hapened to him. He tried widening his eyes but everything got blurred. He stopped and made Madhu stand. "What happened Rishu?" Madhu asked him.

RK held her hand tightly. "Be safe..." he barely got that out from his mouth and the next he had everything blacked out as he hit the ground.

lovely update!!

i liked their date plan, date place 'beach' it was so romantic, i loved the starfish scene bcos i like star fishes which i use to collect when i go to beach!!

y madhu is going off/ upset suddenly? does she has some problem? any sad past?

i loved the weight lifting scene but what was that at the end? what happen to rk? is madhu also a spy? is she secretly working for kapoor & batia's? did she inject something on rk & made him dizzy & unconscious? or something else? i'm intrigued now! my brain is running in jet speed so clear my doubts soon!!
