I always felt Dhruv n Rishab are connected...whatever be their connection I hope their is some logical explanation...no extra-terrestrial nonsense plz

yes i agree...Rishabh was more tensed seeing dhruv...n yes they know each other...but dhruv n rishabh have met earlier also...in alya's house only...may be rishabh has not seen him but dhruv saw rishabh...but dey were normal at dat time...

My mom asked me the same question.
Dhruv was standing at corner. So probably they didn't watch each other face clearly.
Dhruv's attention was in Nandini that time and Rishab was on the pen. So probably they didn't see each other clearly. Today they were infront of each other and saw each other clearly that's why.

I don't think so...

they are having those attacks since 10 years...they must be kids when some accident happened...how come they know each other...tab bhi same thoda hi dikhte honge...rishab pehle bhi toh alia ki farmhouse mein gya tha jahan dhruv bhi present tha...so i think they must have feel some connection when they looked into each other eyes...and i think nandini and manik saw them too acting weird...
