is TMKOC started 'society is like family' ?

i was watching sab tv's newest show and they are also going to show "society is like family". i have seen this in numbers of sab tv show. totally fed up with "society is like family". so i wonder is TMKOC started this trend or is there any older show (before TMKOC) that showed this ?

In sab TV I guess it's this show which started the trend of ur neighbors are ur family.There was lapataganj too but I think that started after tmkoc.

" Society is your family" , this is the motto of Sab Tv and if allowed by the mods I can name ample of such shows with the same concept.

However, this show didn't begin with this concept. It evolved gradually and out of its popularity other shows started showing neighbors as your family members.

I mailed them aout it sometime back. They don't care about popular opinion that is what I have learnt so far

Until their shows are doing well they won't change it.After all,asli mazaa sab ke saath aata hai na.
