List them
One who barely get/got BO success but may have won certain set of audience. Or the one media never hypes as a great director coz they're too busy licking butt of popular people
I say here is my top 5
  • Vikramaditya Motwane - Lootera & Udaan
  • Sriram Raghavan - Ek Haseena Thi & Johnny Gaddaar
  • Tigmanshu Dhulia - Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster, PaanSinghTomar & Haasil
  • Nagesh Kukunoor - Dor, Iqbal, Lakshmi
  • Dibakar Banerjee - Khosla Ka Ghosla, Oye Lucky Lucky Oye & Shanghai

Abbas Tyrewala. Jhoota Hi Sahi wasn't that bad, the love story could've been better with better leads but the friends angle - omar, sid, the two gay guys, aaliya, aaliya's boyfriend were amazing. ❤️ Almost like he got wrote off after this film. He's doing something for Bang Bang this year (i think dialogues) so lets see if he's back in the game.

Vikramaditya Motwane is ignored by the film fraternity atleast - Lootera. ❤️ I thought he would win best director awards, thought he did a far more commendable job than Rakeysh Mehra.

Vikramaditya Motwane for sure..Two gems like Udaan & Lootera..And how about Abhishek Kapoor? I loved Rock On & KPC but he isn't really hyped much..And not sure if Balki is underrated but he is a brilliant director..I have loved all his films till date..Oh and his wife Gauri Shinde too 😆

How is Vikramaditya Motwane underrated? He always gets great reviews and is rated highly.

I think Amole Gupte and Nagesh Kukunoor are two.

Nobody is underdated. They all will get their due. All renowned directors have certain amount of work to reach where they are...One film and people expect public or media to put them above veteran directors! not gonna happen 😆

They made the thriller genre what is in bollywood

And if it wasn't for them priyanka Chopra wouldn't be the sex goddess she is . Before aitraaz who was she

That one scene about sexual satisfaction alone was awesome
