She will ask Rudra because although she might mistake the picture to be hers she won't think he loves her. In yesterday's episode she was in awe of Rudra's love for his wife and she knows how much he still loves and misses his wife. Obviously she wouldn't guess that the picture is of Paro because no one's first reaction is that they have a look alike.
