Whats with Mythili

I do not understand mythili post the leap. She isn't the loved character for me any more. Ever since the leap she has been commanding her mother in law and scolding her brother in law. The only thing still sweet about her is her relation with Dhruv. Mohini has anyways become a comic charcActer post leap. And mythili seems to be the one in charge of the house. What transpired in 7 years we will never know. But point in case janmashtami episode there you can see her taking charge of the whole event plus she questions her MIL regarding where the other members are..don't get me wrong I'm all for women power and all that but mythili has changed.

Even her talks with her hubby I was shocked let's get rudra married. I mean rudra jo kissi ki nahi sunta now other ppl even think they can make him do stuff by force. She scolded him to turn off his fone recording. And he did. Like a school boy being scolded. I dint find it as a sweet devar Bhabhi relation but more like rudra is whiplashed. I know she's looking after devar n the kid but I find mythili too aggressive and dominating and all the sweetness is lost. Her sweetness was her characters charm. She could have still kept the sweetness and stand up to her mother in law. Anyways this is what I think.

Agree with Silver_Lining ... Maithili has taken over the reins of the house now, and is in charge. Mohini is no longer in control. Maithili is de facto head of the house, and is a mother to both the kids, she seems to take all the decisions for both of them, despite Koel having her own parents.

She is looking after Dhruv and Rudra since Paro left, so she has that relationship with them where she takes decisions for their betterment.

I feel she has had an interesting character growth. She is not dominating, but fiercely looking out for the ones she loves.

Silver lining is rtn . Before twist we wanted her to be strong n now she has become strong we r complaning. Why. Is it a rule that every eomen should be doormat. I think her character had evolvef . N i like new maithili. It was pure concern for her loved ones whr she tells samrat that myrah will bring pain to rudra as she will get married n leave them.janmasthami day too she wad rt in her behaviour.
