DOTW: Did Jassi really come up with her

HARDWORK

I was seeing todays episode where Jassi tells the reporter that she came up coz of her hardwork and coz she managed the finance, prepared reports and stuff .

As far as I saw it , yes she was smart but I didnt feel that she got her position coz of her hardwork.

Arman gave her the job coz of his ego of not allowing Mallika to appoint Pari and spy on him.

she took care of his personal diary very well and handled kareena modi which was her first assignment and thats why Arman trusted her

then he gave her the assistant job and later the finance head coz of Kohinoor and his trust in her and also to make sure that she doesnt leave GM and him.

Kohinoor too became profitable coz of Nandu's brains and his intelligence.

what hardwork .......yes she made presentations and then later made a fake balance sheet on Arman;s insistence, lied a lot to everyone and did many things to save Arman.

I am not being anti-Jassi but I genuinely felt that she achieved all this not coz of her hardwork but Arman's trust and insecurity for his position.

Well she gained Armaan's trsut because she was very hardworking and loyal to him.
Ah yes I dunnow wether she came up sheely beacuse of hardwork...But I detest her sitting On Armaan's head!! 😕

Yes,when I think about it Jassi's hardwork was not enough to be the CEO of GM,it was just Armaan's trust that gained her the CEO position. But then again she did work really hard when she was an assistant,she worked more than an assistant should. She was ok when she was in the post of the financial head. But I don't think her hard work gained her the position of the CEO.
And as you said kohinoor's success is totally because of Nandu. So yeah Jassi's success was not entirely because of her hard-work

True maybe to a certain extent. She does have a brain, but yes, hard work is nandu's for the success of kohinoor!!!

But the only highlight of your post to which I agree completely is that no matter how much hard work brings you success, Jassi never forget that you are in this successful position due the your very own Armaan sir and his trust in you!!!

Yes she was hard working but she was trusted a lot by Armaan sir so her actual gain is her trust in Armaan sir..Kohinoor was hers and Nandu's effort.. She cud'nt give time to it so she asked her most trustworthy fried Nandu to see what can be done with it. I think she did have her effort put in that.
Overall Jassi did come up with her but the truth will be always that Armaan trusted Jassi so he was the gain for her successful efforts!

Jassi's ending was soo crap! She kept crying for an ugly little child Vedika, and she was a stranger to her, she knew her for only four or five days! That's just dumb!After all, she was Aryan the evil's baby child!

I feel that she got the post of the CEO due to many reasons. One reason is surely her dedication to what she was doing. She did try her best as a secretary to do whatever she could to please her Armaan sir. She was infact more of a personal secretary. Pari was the official secretary. In the episode of Jassi's first day in office, we see that Armaan gave all official duties to Pari and all personal duties and personal appointments and stuff to Jassi. Jassi's work was more of managing personal calls, etc for Armaan and she proved herself capable of her post, when she dealt with Kareena Modi and helped Armaan make a fool of Mallika. Whatever she did as a secretary was to please her Chairman and Armaan also felt that Jassi was capable of that job. So Armaan even gave his personal diary to take care of because Jassi was not interested in his personal matters. So as the personal secretary Jassi was a success.

Armaan's trust in Jassi and her capability started growing once he started seeing her reducing his mental tensions and being an obedient secretary to him. Armaan due to all these reasons and her qualifications and capabilities gave her promotion as finance assistant and also gave charge of Kohinoor. All these were not just due to her hardwork, but also due to the fact that Armaan felt that he can trust on Jassi with his eyes closed.

When the same trust was questioned by Jassi, Armaan wanted to prove to Jassi that he trusted her completely and so he made her CEO. Armaan surely was getting into personal emotions, but he mixed personal and professional ethics, when he proposed to Jassi to save Gulmohur and started romancing her. Jassi always tried to be professional but Armaan gave her an important position on the personal front too, by proposing to her. Because of that, she started taking the liberty with him at times.

Armaan was mentally committed to Jassi because he knew that it is tough to find a girl like Jassi as secretary or personal assistant. Girls like Pari would be nosy and would try to interfere in Armaan's personal life and find secrets about him, which he wanted to hide from even his fiancee Mallika. Jassi wouldn't do that and she would remain completely loyal to him as much as a pet to its master, because she got the job only because of him.

Armaan could even break engagement with Mallika, but he cannot think of Jassi leaving him because she eased his tensions by her mere presence. If one day Jassi doesn't attend the office, Armaan would call up at her home. Armaan's need of Jassi's presence in Gulmohur was one big reason of his making her the CEO. Even before, when Jassi was preparing to leave Gulmohur and join HM, Armaan was willing to do anything to keep her there.

So her success is not just related to her hardwork, but her character and fate also played a strong role in her becoming CEO.

If Armaan was a more professional person and wouldn't turn to his friend Raj for advice all the time and if he hadn't mixed his personal side with professional side, then Armaan wouldn't make Jassi, the CEO. If Armaan hadn't made a personal relationship with Jassi by proposing to her, he as a chairman wouldn't have been forced to prove his trust towards her. No Chairman would do what Armaan did, because most of the businessmen are thoroughly professional and wouldn't compromise their position.

Armaan is different from all of them, because he was a kind of person, who appointed employees or promoted them based on his trust in them and also based on what kind of a person he/she was by character.

And I totally agree.....Lets say for a fact that If she hadnt got Armaan Suri for a Boss Jassi wouldnt have have stuck in a fashion house like Gulmohur.He gave her the much needed support ( albeit at times for his personal gain....)that she needed to face this entire differenet world and she too Supported Armaan and gave him strength To face all those people who were behind his post and neck.
