Ravi Teja's Kick 2 Will Begin on August 20

Ravi Teja will be playing the lead in the sequel to his 2009 blockbuster
Telugu action film Kick 2, featuring Ravi Teja in the lead role, will go on floors here on August 20, says its director Surender Reddy, but he adds the film will not be a sequel to his 2009 blockbuster Kick.
"We start shooting Kick 2 from August 20. It will be an action film, but will not have anything to do with the first part. It will be more or less an extension of Kick," Mr Reddy told IANS. (Also read: What the director said about Salman Khan's Kick)
While Ravi will play the lead, the rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.
Actor Kalyan Ram will produce Kick 2 under his home banner NTR Arts and Thaman will compose the music.
