Aleqh and Naina - nothing romantic here, I imply Companion and Twin Soulmates. Aleqh has always unwaveringly helped Naina and more than that, always understood her. I'm not discussing the "help" instances rather the "understood" ones: the way he knows her need before she expresses it even to herself. The way he KNEW Naina had shot Rajveer. The way today once Naina lowered her eyes in blinking game out of guilt and inability to face Rajveer, Aleqh shot a knowing glance to Raj and Naina. One look said it all.

If Aleqh is her soulmate, what's Rajveer? Raj understands her too, I just didn't relate the word "soulmate" to him. Well, I'm figuring that out.

u r rite abt alekh rani! he understands people better than they do. u know i think alekh understands abhi too. he has been observing abhi a lot and i hope he helps abhi come out of his dilemma. raj does not like abhi as a soldier he is just a friend but never tried to help abhi. i think it is alekh who can help abhi out because like alekh abhi too has come to the academy b'cos he was forced too and he too feels lonely like alekh.

That's a good alternative view - maybe he understands everyone not just Naina
but I still think of them as soulmates... there was this scene where she squeezes his hand in the mess when he was sad, and there just has always seemed to be an understanding b/w the two.
