Ok so another pakau episode starts ending this week!
Ajabdeh's unique gift- The kundali she made (with the help of pandits and chakrapani) for Pratap- for the next 100 yrs- very thoughtful of Ajabdeh! It reflects her personality, she is a practical person so she gave something that he can use for the rest of his life! It is said that a woman can make or break a man's fortune/destiny- but here Ajabdeh is making his fortune and future by giving him the future! Even though he doesnt live that long in reality, a kundali has all the possible good and bad fortune in it, its not like it is a definite predictor of the future, but its the gesture- its symbolic! even the lines on our hands change every three years so the future is changing with the choices we make!
today we see role reversal of sorts- we already saw that with US-JB where JB is now supporting phool-pratap wedding whereas US is not too happy about it; Today Pratap started thinking like Ajabdeh - meaning a few months ago she was the one who said to sacrifice love for nation, and Pratap didnt agree with that, but today Pratap is playing the same beat that Ajabdeh was in that time!
I didnt care for the jalal scene- but I will note one thing, when Jalal killed the leader of the rebellion, the rebels sort of gave up! why, why should we give up our cause just because one person falls? The idea has to be strong, your will has to be stronger than your fear. The leader dies but werent the other people fighting for the same thing as he was, then why did they give up?
Precap- what we were all waiting for but they keep tadapofying us, even if they show in the precap, they will probably show that on next thurs! grrr- so Finally US says that he his going to Bijolia to ask for AJabdeh's hand for Pratap and DB is writing to uma about her plans and Pratap comes there just as that letter lands at his feet!
Today was also a lame episode, but the horoscope gift was unique, not your usual flowers or love letter but something that would help Pratap for the rest of his life! VB is finally growing up, learning how to say the right thing the right way and making a stand against DB!
US and Chakrapani- the King/Father and Best Friend are the ones that will bring praja together!
India's independence/Swatantrata Diwas is just a couple of hours away, as we think of the bank holiday and fun plans we have made for this day, may I remind you to thank and honour those men and women who gave up their lives to make this day possible. Thank the freedom fighters of this great nation for making it possible to sing Vande Mataram without being jailed or beaten by the police. Maharana Pratap was our first freedom fighter, we all honour him by watching this show everyday but the 15th is special, its the day the Raj (british) became Swaraj! This is not a lecture but a request. I am a freedom fighter's granddaughter, I am proud of that fact, but what the rest of us forget is that there are many freedom fighters who dont get the proper respect they deserve, as the common man the least we can do is thank them! Independence doesnt just mean two bank holidays for India and singing Jana Gana Mana, its also about standing up for the right cause, if something wrong is happening, say something, cuz we if dont then no one else will do that for us! ok think Im done for now! have a wonderful Independence day!

One more thing- the Independence day marked the mass exodus of over 2 million people on our western border and eastern border, so many people were slaughtered in the name of religion, country and god knows what else. As we celebrate independence please remember those souls who died in a battle that was not needed! Keep in mind Partition never solves anything (its said in the Mahabharat also- but people never learn), partition only deeps the problem and creates more- history is witness to my statement! This also applies to families too, so dont divide it either.
