She's got a National award under her belt for her 2nd film, and has a decent sized fan base. She's acted well in all her films, its not her fault that she was playing that sort of (weirdish) character in Hasee Toh Phasee. She'll be back with the same thunder in Daawat e Ishq and Kill Dill, just have some patience.

Let's wait until Alia wins a National Award, and gets 2 Filmfare Best Actress nominations as well. 😊

Alia, Parineeti, Anushka, Deepika, Sonakshi, Kangana, Shraddha, Ileana etc can all co-exist and all do very well for themselves in the same way that Kajol, Karisma, Manisha, Urmila, Mahima, Raveena, Shilpa, Twnkle each had their own place two generations earlier.

I don't see why people are putting Alia down by saying that she has a backing?? I doubt Parineeti could have ever made it if she was not PC's cousin!

The fact remains that currently Alia is a bigger star and has shown more versatility, and it might just continue that way!
