Abhi doesnt believe in violance?

......Then what was the sword fight all about....

He was slashing Raj mercilessly.....ruthlessly...

If he is soooo calm and believes that there is no solution in violance then how could he shed Raj's bllod like that......

Oh oh oh...maybe that time DJ's forgot that Abhi is non-violant.....

DJ's plz make up your mind abt this character......

souma....the fight scene didn't show his voilent nature. it reperesented his emotional turmoil ...which carried him away. he lost his control..cuz the agony of his friend's death suddenly got flamed to see his killer in front of him.

Remember when Abhi fought for Naina??? That was because he was forced to use violence...and sword fight ke time he was very upset(quite understandably), and lost control....but remember what he said later to Raj?? He said that he had forgotten that there is no point in violence...


Sabse shaant banda bhi kabhi bhi break-down karke violent ho jaata hai, even if he knows that it's all useless...

But but but dint he say that violance is not the solution to anything.....

PPl who are non-violant reamin like that ...they will generally sort out things peacefully.....

And you are telling me that he is so emotionally driven that he believed a first year cadet and without one talking to his friend of so many years...was ready to take his life....

Nopes...sorry non-violant ppl are not like that.....they maintain the non-violant stand...no matter what the situation is....at least they try to sort out things peacefully first...Abhi dint even give Raj a chance......

Unfornately there is nothing called partial non-violance

That fight proves that he is very emotional.He was angry that his friend Raj had killed another friend Navin.he is very reactive but he does hate wars.

Again i repeat why did he not talk to Raj once before that fight then???

Ok he is emotionallly driven...by a cadet and is ready to kill a friend of so many years for that....not one chance.......

Non-voilance requires a cool head...to sort out things peacefully......

at least try once.......

History has seen lot of non-violant ppl....but they dint leave there path right....they stood by their stand....so are we trying to say that they were not emotional........

souma....naina was not just a first year cadet. she is navin's sister. so...certainly there is no point for not believing her.

it's was only an emotional storm that engulfed his senses & caused him act like a blood thursty.

u r looking towards a single side of coin. history is full of non-voilent ppl but at the same time there are no. of examples that would prove that how emotional turmoils hv caused big wars . being voilent or non-voilent has nothing to do with emotion..but it is all a matter of sanity of a person.

Its not the question of not believing Naina...its the question of believing her OVER Raj......

Raj was Naveen's best friend...But Abhi dint think once that "Why wouldt Raj kill his best friend?"

And let me tell you....he had no intentions of letting Raj live....its just that BC stopped the fight in between......And he himself told Raj later that he would probbably have killed him...........

See i am not blaming GC or Abhi...i am questioning the DJ's.....

Abhi's character does not seem to be taking any form at all.....

abhi hates wars. but when he came to know raj actually killed naveen he was shocked and pained. abhi would think twice before killing an enemy. he couln't shoot a tiger. but during the swordfight he was angry. each time he hit raj he asked why raj did it. there could have been a soln. but then again in the end he took control send the sword piercing the wooden stairs. raj was shocked b'coz he never expected this from abhi. he realised that abhi too can lose control at times.
see basically abhi is not a violent person. he also cannot stand up for himself and for others. but he has got this kind and protective nature. he protects people without trying to fight against anyone. but it doesn't work all the time. he could fight with raj. raj is his friend he has full rights to question raj's judgement on naveen. no one can stop him from doing so. but major nair is his senior and being from a royal family he has learnt to bow to commands than rather fight it. that was why he couldn't help alekh.
