Apul Patel & Karan Patel

Hey friends... you all know that i'm Lavina😆, & i'm a big fan of kasturi serial. Friends, i've got a confution😕😕😕, i've have to knwo that Apul has got a relation with Karan, maybe they r brothers n maybe not, i want to know that it's true that Apun is Karan's brother?????😕

well i don't think so.. coz Apul patel is from UK.. and he just came for his career in Bolly Wood.. and karan is from india..
