I am also all for second chances, but not every man is made for that. Rudra is one such man.

I will tell an example, my school best friend lost her mom when she was small. They were very well off and everything, but uncle didn't even for a moment think about remarriage. He fell for her mom when her mom was just 16 and waited till she grew up to get married to her.
And they didn't have many years together.. and by today there r more years he has been without her than with her.
And he is still single, with his daughters because he loved once, married once and hopes to join her one day on the other side of the world..
He will never be able to even think about any second chances, because for him - it was just her.. the one girl he loved, the woman who was the mother of his kids and he will always be waiting for her.

I like Mayra a lot on her own. But unless she is Paro due to some contrived reason there is no way that he will EVER gel with her in a way that he can ever ever think her as a life partner.
its Paro & Rudra forever.
And Mayra never with Rudra!

Thank you 😊

Agreed..not all men are made for second chances..rudra ..one of them...there are men who would happily live with memories..and like you said..your friend's dad is one them.. My grandmother died when my father was 3 months old baby... My grandfather singlehandedly raised all his 5 children.. He died at the age of .90. I was the one who cleared his things..very close to him.. saw an old photo of my grandma in his wallet while i was clearing his things...😊 He lived with her memories.

Cant diasgree with anything u say😊
Rudra simply cannot move on cos his character was scripted such. He belongs to Paro. He is Rudra ki Paro bas.
Well i still believe that Myrah will eventually turn out to be Paro by any form of logic Or else I simply cant fathom Myrah rudra ever.

Thank you 😊
@bold--agreed

Myrah=paro... Lets see how it goes 😊

I agree.
We were made to believe in the Paro and Rudra being soulmates. Even I can't believe in Rudra will fall in love with Myrah.
I also enjoy Myrah's character as a separate person but not with Rudra.
Rudra nahi toh Paro nahi, Paro nahi toh Rudra nahi.
One thing I will disagree on is that Myrah may be giving as good as she which is good its only the underhanded way she went about doing things. That's what I don't agree with.

Thank you😊
@bold--agreed

Myrah is a flawed character... She is supposed to be one... 😊

Nice post, Kate.
Paro was a beautiful dream that lived and the person who completed Rudra. Theirs was the kind of love that people will hold on to np mater what. Myrah is interesting. She is a lot like Rudra, the same anger, ego and impulsivenes. She may in time become his dearest friend and most trusted companion. But will he fall in love her? I don't see it. Simply because he didn't love Paro, just as his wife. She was his soulmate and Myrah is not.
