After quitting her TV show Kajjal, Rati Agnihotri has now set her eyes on international cinema. The actress has signed a film titled Love Has No Language. The film will be directed by a New Zealand-based director Kahn Khan.

The film also stars Indian actors like Celina Jaitley and Kiran Kumar besides a host of actors from New Zealand. The film, based on the universal subject of love, will be shot in New Zealand.

Rati, who is all set to play Celina's mom in the film, will be given an Indo-Western look.

Rati says, "Love Has No Language is a very nice film with an interesting backdrop. I play Celina's mother in who has been living abroad for ages. She is a regular mom who goes through her share of ups and downs in life. I am very excited and lucky to work with people from diverse cultures in the film. I can't divulge much about the film. But, I am sure it will add to my experience of being in the industry for so long. Also, I will get to learn a lot. The film's producer is a good friend so I will be comfortable working with the team."

Rati will soon be leaving for New Zealand for shooting the film. The film will be ready for a worldwide release by the end of July. For now, Rati is busy dubbing for a Hindi film titled Kuch Love Kuch Drama.

As far as taking up work on television is concerned, Rati adds, "Television is not happening for me now unless I get an offer that I am motivated enough to work in. It is difficult to juggle television and films at the same time."

The actress has also worked in a yet to be released English film Karma Confessions and Holi with Sushmita Sen.

Thanks, great seems Ratiji has quite a few interesting projects in the pipeline. I'm pleased she has some satisfactory work but i do miss her immensely, maybe one day she can return to TV.

rati left Kaajjal because she had a back problem that made her fainted in the sets of Kaajjal.

Wow, thats cool! I'm looking forward to watching it when it comes out! Glad shes happy doing something else, but i doo miss her in Kaajjal

Nt mom - she was not paid her dues...and had payment problems apart from health issues as on TV you have to work 16 hours a day....

if devu hasnt shaved....good reason for it...time nahin.... 😛 😛 and if kaju looks like she has slept in her clothese...most likely she has....

Well done Rati... she is doing well for herself .. reali happy for her... keep up the good work!! 😉

She was good in kaajjal but off course personal problems do interefere with your job so at least shes happier now 😃
