What is Meher ??
Haq Meher is a Amount which is decided at the tym of Nikah , Its a type of a Gift frm Hubby to Wife Usually Happy Married Woman dont take it !!

Bt IT Becomes Neccessary IF u divorce a girl , Without Giving HaqMehere Divorce is not Completed , It cn be 100 RS or can be 1 Million or more thn tht , Basically Both Families decide this !

So thts Why Most Men think twice before giving divorce

Meher is basically to Protect Marriage , It is fr the Safety of Nikah & It is neccessaru Only whn guy give Divorce !

How it effects the Divorce process of ZaYa ?
If Zain ll divorce Alya , thn Its a Must tht He give Meher to her BUT the thing is Will All Family Member Allow tht esp ShaFeesa !
& If Zain ll give DIVORCE or tht Meher amount to Alya ,thn Just bcoz of Zain Whole Family ll come on Foot Path *It ll be Unjust to others & Zain ll never do it*

So Now Divorce ll be stop fr sumtime & Probably Now Zain try everything So tht Alya herself Demand Divorce frm him 'Khula' in tht case Meher is nt neccessary !! & We all know Alya ll never let this happen !

I guess even zain also try to do such thing...before aliya goes for khula...the truth vil be out!!

Plus I dont think CVS r dat low...dey vil turn track this way..*khula way*

Zain have to give Aliya mehr if he divorce her but as mamu now give barkat royel to Aliya he can't or i can say Suri will not let this to divorce happen.my fear is if he now try to hurt her so that she give him divorce hope he not cross his limits.

God this is so well thought out I love it!

Zain will be in a problem and Surraiya too. They want zaya to be divorced but if so Aaliya will be the owner of Barkat Royale. And if they don't want this to happen there there'll be no divorce.

I really feel pity for Surraiya now she's stuck in her own trap !
