I have seen many Ekta Kapoor shows and going by the trend of balaji shows I think Ashok and Shagun's marriage will be planned for the same day as that of Mihika and Mihir and both Shagun and Mihir will be waiting for thier respective better halves in the mandap and then suddenly Ashok and Mihika will make a dramatic entry with garlands around thier neck. In yesterday's episode Ashok told param that his next move will hit hard both Raman and Shagun. If Ashok marries Mihika then both Mihir and Ishita will be shattered and these are two person closest to Raman. And Shagun too will be sad for Mihir and obiviously for herself too as she left Raman for Ashoks bank balance and if he marries Mihika then she will loose her ATM full of unlimited money.

Reason of Mihika agreeing to marry Ashok could be many like Ashok has the information of baby products file of Raman and he can blackmail her saying he will destry Raman, or he may make some obscene video of Mihika by drugging her or may be as you mentioned to save her akka from the clutches of Mr Kumar or it can be any irrelevant reason too.

For me Ashok and Mihika's marriage is on the cards but YHM is a different show so there is still a hope that everything will be fine in the end and MiMi will be together. Lets hope for the best!!
